With the inner sole, it makes the shoe more comfortable in my humble opinion. Shoes look and feel great.

I have tried this product for weight lifting and for cardio exercises. for cardio is amazing, feet feel very comfortable. I would say they are kind of wide (but I have wide fit so they are perfect). For weight lifting they don't hold the feet that much. About the quality, I have had to exchange them (because of the size) and both the pair I returned and the new pair have had a small faulty in the design. Still decided to keep them because of how comfy they are :)

The shoes came up half the size too big, I'm a size 9 in all my Reebok shoes so I had to drop to a 8 .5 which was a perfect fit
