So much worth buying good quality trainers for workout, help improving performance and avoiding injuries.

I was looking for the perfect Hiit shoes and after trying so many different brands, I found they always hurt my feet during the training and even more after. My instructor recommended these and I've honestly never been happier to do a hiit session!

I love these shoes, more than I expected I would. They are cute, so comfortable and great for my HIIT workouts. I like to wear them without socks personally. Much easier to get on and off. Quality on point. If they came out in some fun colours I would probably buy a second pair.

These are the best trainers I have ever worn to my body pump and body attack classes, very comfortable and the bounce is great, no slipping on the floor , I will not buy other brands now, they are perfect for high intensity workouts

I love these so much I bought the same ones for my daughter. I do a HIIT class and these do the job as far as supporting my feet and making them feel secure in the trainers. Love the design.

I do a lot of studio work and trainers need to be hard working as they take a lot of punishment. These are my best buy ever! They are so comfortable and cushion the feet during HIIT work. For core stuff like planks they grip the floor really well. Bonus - they look great!

I have used the shoes for my HIIT workouts for about 3 weeks now and they're perfect. I was a bit leery because, after using the size guide, I had a size 8.5. My Nike and On Cloud are a size 9.5 so I assume these run larger. I haven't owned this brand in years but decided to try after it came up repeatedly when searching for best HIIT shoes. They're very lightweight but sturdy enough to hold up to anything from burpees to squats. I've only worn them outside a few times but were still comfortable. I have flat feet (so pronation and plantar fasciitis) and these have a sturdy heel that help. I like the sock like liner too (keeps shoe in place). I'd highly recommend.

I bought these as I do a lot of Les Mills classes and usually wear my running trainers. Wish I'd bought these ages ago. So comfortable, more weight in heal when doing weights and they look fresh. Absolute bargain price too so would definitely recommend. A+

Really like the stretchy support around the ankles, which helps me with any side lunges and lateral work. Great all round workout trainer!
