Good for hitt training as comfy and enough space . Also good for body pump

The quality, look and feel of the trainer is all of a high standard. When using the trainers for body combat they are supportive for all the kicking and jumping and even those horrible mountain climbers! It helps that they also look great! :)

These are great all but for one thing. They are high in the arch. After wearing them for a while into a workout I don't notice which is why I kept them. Apart from the arch they're lovely. Comfortable around the foot and ankle. Nice and light. I like the high bit around the ankle, not sure why, but I do. :) They look good on my Reebok step. Loses one star because of high arch but that could just be my feet.

I wear the shoes for HIIT. The bottom is stiff which is good for jumping.

These shoes run a little big and wide, definitely go down half a size (especially if in between sizes). They are otherwise very comfortable and lightweight.

Nice and stylish. Comfortable and perfect for HIIT workouts.

Great support and impact protection. Loving the fresh colours, may have to purchase the blue next. I also spin and they were also great for this. Just need the gyms to open now

I like the fit of the "sock" look. My go to shoes for CrossFit wods without barbell work.

We sent back a white shoe that fit perfectly as we were worried about the colour fading requested in black however had to send back as the same size was too small

The size fit perfectly, no wiggle room. I have a narrow to normal width foot and I like the way the shoe hugs my foot and does not slip around. There is not extra cushion in the bed of the shoe however spot cushion around the shoe. Perfect for Body Attack, Grit, Body Combat and even Pump. These workouts aren't meant to have cushy shoes. Knee pain is not as bad .. I have only used for about a week. Definitely happy with my purchase.

These are great for HIIT workouts - mountain climbers, burpees, and sprints are so much better with these sneakers. They have great cushion, the toe box has ample room, and the built in "sock" Keeps them snug on your foot.

Overall great sneaker. The shoe is a little wider than I was expecting but still highly recommend.

These are great shoes!! It took a while for my feet to adjust to the narrower toe box. My toes would got numb for the first week or so I wore them. But once they broke in, they were great. Very comfortable. Gives me the support and cushion I need.

Nice to look at, comfy to wear. I don't think I'd recommend them as a running shoe, but pretty good so far as a cross-trainer. I bought U.K. size 5, if I buy again I would go for 4.5.

Love these trainers! Been using for Grit and other HIIT style workouts for the last week and can't believe how much more stable I feel for all those squats, lunges and speedy moves. Definitely much better than using my running shoes! I have found the heel rubs slightly on one foot but am sure that will disappear with use. The fit is perfect for me - I'm a size 6 and went with my usual style, they mould to my feet and the 'sock' keeps my feet perfectly placed. Superb quality, lightweight and amazing value. Highly recommend and will be back for another colour!

I love these for running they are super lite and not heavy at all.

I wanted to love these shoes, and I think i will once I swap for the correct size. I usually wear a 7.5 in Brooks, ASICS, and Hokas. The 7.5 in these left too much room. I am aware you want more toe room in HIIT workouts, but I believe the 7s will still give me that. Perfect width. Love that the shoe feels secure but not confining.
