I needed something other than runners for HIIT and Strength classes with AppleFitness+. These have been awesome! I have a wide metatarsal, high arch, and narrow heel/ankle. So many women's shoes are too narrow and I purchase men's to compensate; not necessary with this line. I agree with others that you have to workout a handful of times to soften or mold to your feet. I purchased the same size I wear in the "swoosh" brand. I'm a 9 in sandals, 9.5 in dress, and 10 in boots and athletic shoes. The 10 was a perfect fit.

I love these trainers, they are very comfortable. I have used them for Body Step and Body combat and they felt great. What I like most is that they are true to size. I'm a UK size 4 and usually have to buy a size 5. But these fit perfectly.

I love these HIIT shoes. They are super comfortable, just what I needed for the gym. The support is great for lifting. I take a lot of different types of strength classes and they are perfect.

I received these shoes for Christmas haven't wore them to much but the time I have wore them is very comfortable.

This shoe is affordable, yet stylish and functional. It fits true to size and is very comfortable. I've been using it for Body Combat, Body Attack, and Body Pump. Highly recommend!

I ordered the size 9 US (am generally 8.5) because of the reviews and because experience tells you the truth better. Every bit of the size fits - no toes being squeezed or channelled down into a streamlined toe area. They are really bouncy and light on your feet. Unfortunately I only got to wear them to 2Hiit classes before my gym closed down but loved them ftom the get go.

THESE WERE PURCHASED AS A BORN DAY GIFT TO MYSELF AND I LOVE THEM. THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND FEELS GOOD ON MY FEET.

I purchased three pairs as Christmas gifts for family members. Each one was happy with the looks and fit of the shoes. A co-worker complimented my wife on her pair.

Best pair of shoes I've ever had. They make me want to do 100 burpees! Seriously they are the most comfortable workout shoe ever. I should have purchased them sooner!!

I love these shoes....they are a perfect fit and very comfortable

I do a lot of HIIT training involving body weight and dumbbells and love the flexibility the fabric upper allows for while moving between sets. The shape of the sole compliments that flexibility with solid stability, which is great for stationary types of exercises. I appreciate the snug fit of the mesh upper but it does make it a little clunky to pull the shoe on. Only other con is the inner lining is pretty weak and I've had to replace them with a new liner for more arch support. Even with those minor drawbacks I'd still highly recommend the shoe. I had been experiencing pain in my Achilles' tendon prior to purchase and after a short period of wearing these shoes it's now nearly back to baseline. Overall very effective.
