With the moderate arch support... the shoe fits snug enough to give excellent stability for working out.

I have custom orthotics from the podiatrist and this shoe worked great with them! It think it's because they have a wide toe box and they are deep. Love. Need more colors.

I was looking for a shoe for moderate support to do Youtube exercise videos. I do some low impact dance type and some muscle building. I don't need anything that is too "clunky" but do need support and a shoe that doesn't allow my foot to slip from side to side while doing squats, etc. this one is just right and the styling is just enough.

Over the pandemic I started doing at-home HIIT workouts and needed a new pair of shoes because my old running shoes were not cutting it. I’ve never worn HIIT or cross-training shoes before and they *are* different than running shoes. They aren’t marshmallow squishy like running shoes, but they aren’t hard either. The first time I wore them to work out I wasn’t so sure. But by the third workout out I love them! I’m glad they worked out because I am in love with the neon sole. I only ever wear black shoes...it’s just my style...and the black with hint of neon is really cool.
