Already had a white pair for indoor use. Bought these to wear for outdoor HIIT. Love the colour! These are so comfortable and feel really supported when doing intensive workouts.

These are the shoes I didn't know I needed. In my personal workouts with weights my cross training shoes are perfect. When I started teaching strength/interval classes my feet needed more support and cushion. These have been perfect. Padding in the heel and arch but flatter and wider in the toe box. Bottoms are grippy and light.

Really nice and I feel strong in this. Coolorfull and comfortable.
