The shorts are great for hiking and for doing yard work.

High quality shorts. Wish it had the extra pocket on the leg.

I like how this fits and the material is breathable and smooth

The pair of shorts has great, breathable fabric. It has an extra zipper pocket on the right. The sizing is also on point. I'm 5ft10, 197lb, and 34 fits me well. However, it does not do well with stains. It got some stain from me handling a few bags of topsoil, and I couldn't get it to go away so far.

Solid shorts. Work equally well for weekend warriors in the backcountry and casual environments.

Quality made and fit is comfortable. The material feels durable and I like the all-way stretch that my old 64-year old body needs.

Lightweight, comfortable to wear but needs a fifth pocket. Also needs an option for fossil or khaki. The Tusk color is more olive green than tan. Decent shorts but could be so much better.

The weight and fabric are great. However the pockets leave a lot to be desired there is absolutely no security features. Trail shorts should have at least one secure pocket.

Bought one pair of these and loved them, then the back pocket where I keep my wallet ripped at the bottom seam and I almost lost my wallet. Gave Columbia the benefit of the doubt and ordered a second pai because I liked them so much. An identical rip in the same spot happened. Won't be giving it a third chance.

I have 3 other colors of these exact same shorts but will be taking these back because they are at least one size (2 inches larger) at the waist. Not sure if it is some flaw in production.
