Loved them so much I ordered a second pair. Fit is TTS.

These were not at all equivalent to the ASICS 2-in-1 shorts that I bought in 2020 and still use many times each week. Different waistband and fit. In the same size (XL), the new ones were unwearably tight and had to be returned.

Love Asics' shorts. However, I was looking for shorts with side pockets. This short is made for running. There is an inside rear pocket for your phone, which is very tight for the larger iPhones. There is no place for keys or anything else. I previously was able to buy Asics 2-N-1 shorts with these details. Please send me a to Asics shorts that meet my needs.

These are the best shorts I've ever owned, super conforable, stay dry and (most importantly) stay exactly where they're supposed to! I wear them for all active training. Perfect and worth the $$

This looks good, but it runs little bit tight. I exchanged the previous order for a bigger size.

I have long been faithful to Asics 2N1 shorts. Bought 3 pairs of these - was aware of the lack of front pocket and willing to try it. Problems I have had - the liner is a little too abrasive, the drawstrings are cursed - one tangled and twisted one pair into a complete mess. Replaced the drawstring on that one; Another pair, the drawstring withdrew into the wasteband and is difficult to get back out. The are some high maintenance shorts and not easy to live with. Never had one iota of a problem with past pairs. Buyer beware.

If you sweat, it spreads quickly across the entire shorts and the inside shorts are not a form fitting, not tight grip against the legs.
