I had purchased this same shoe a year ago and love them. Recently got a new pair (same size/width) but they are way to wide. Cannot walk in them they are so wide. Disappointed, as they were cute shoes.

Really wanted to like these shoes. Bought them to replace my gray Skechers Faithful, which I guess are discontinued. Relaxed fit is supposed to have roomy toe area and normal width heels. The toe area was fine, but the heels were like an extra wide. The shoe gapped around my heel, even when standing, and then slipped off my heel, almost fell off when I walked. Please bring back the Faithful style, it always fit just like the Relaxed fit is supposed to.

I had to send these back as they were too big. The fact that they are slip-on shoes meant that it wasn't possible to use the laces to tighten them up to fit.

I love your brand but I do not love this shoe. It almost fits like I have two different sizes in the shoe. It slips on my heel and is wide. Love the style but not the fit!

Had planned to wear it with casual clothing and not fitting can not wear these.Was looking forward to them, but they don't stay on with the slipping off the heel.

The changes made to the breathe easy in this relaxed version don't work at all for me. Way too sloshy. Might be good for fat or swollen feet.
Please bring back the original!!

I've been trying to get customer service since these arrived, with no response. Had foot professionally measured and was told the 10 wide is what I was supposed to have . It is way too big and flops around loosely when I walk . I haven't even worn them outside only inside on the carpet . I can't wear them and customer service does not respond
