I really like the way this jacket looks and thought about keeping it but what is with the zipper? I can’t get it to work. Only buy this jacket if you don’t care if it zips up or not.

I had read the reviews on this jacket; three different people had stated the zipper was broken on the one they got and returned it!! I also received a jacket with a broken, none working zipper! So either PrAna had a large defective batch of jackets or the same jacket, being returned to Zappos, with the defective zipper, is getting shipped back out to people!!

Love everything about this jacket, but as others have noted, the zipper is defective.

I am returning this jacket for a second time. Both jackets have the same problem. The double zipper does not work. I hope you remove this item from sale. It appears to be defective. Also, the person who had this jacket before me had the same problem since I received it, the zipper was undone.
