I do badly wanted to love it. Size, fit, style of the sandal is excellent. The quality is subpar at best. This is my 3rd pair and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I wore the sandal once and the rubber to the straps is already tearing apart. I am returning.

Chacos does not make shoes the way they use. Periodically I buy Chacos hoping they are they same fit and quality they were years ago, and I always end up returning them. This style, in particular, was probably the worse I have tried. 1) They do not tighten at all, or barely at all. Forget it unless you have super wide feet. 2) The bottom of it, where your sole would touch the shoe, looks like the material they use to use, but it does not feel like the same material. 3) They are cheap looking, cheap feeling. 4) The sole itself is spongy. It does not feel like it grips the ground. 5) Arch support seems to be gone compared to how Chaco sandles/flip flops use to be made. Returning these.
