These fit onto my foot great and the style was very nice. However, they hurt my foot when I tried to walk in these sandals as the plastic pieces dug into the sides of my feet. I was so disappointed in plastic/rubber material being so rigid and non-flexible.

These shoes were too small just enough that my first toe was longer than the shoe.

I need 1/2 size bigger and to be able to make the straps tighter. The strap still dragged on the floor even though it was not tight enough across the toe area. Nice looking shoe and my big toe is at the edge but I am keeping them. I wear a 12 and it’s hard to find shoes.

The straps wouldn’t stay tight and I had to constantly tighten them so I returned them.

The straps weren't really long enough for my high arch foot, I couldnt get them adjusted to feel right. The points where the straps attach to the shoe were also a little uncomfortable just standing there, so I felt like long term they would probably rub on my foot and cause issues. They're just not for me.

Size was ok. Fit is too wide for my foot. My foot has increased in length (normal age-related lengthening) but now that I have to wear a longer size it seems that all medium-width sandals are too wide for my medium-but-verging-on-narrow foot. I love the style of this sandal, the way the straps cross over the foot, the way they are anchored on the foot bed. Shopping in a store, I first tried this sandal in a size 8 mens, which I liked very much even though I would have had to bring it to a shoe repair shop to have the straps shortened. Unfortunately I needed a half size larger and the sandal doesn't come in half sizes. I ordered a women's size 10 which 1/4" longer than the men's size 8 and just right in the length BUT the women's sandal is made with skinnier straps, which changes the whole look. This is supposed to be a sturdy, active-style sandal -- why try to make it look delicate?

Sadly these didn't work for me. I have a narrow foot and I could not get the straps tight enough. Straps also rubbed in strange ways. Really disappointed. Liked the look and colors a lot.

There is a problem with the strap (loose threads!) and the strap mechanism doesn’t work. As a result, your feet get stuck in the shoe!

Poor quality, rough edges on inside, so too painful to wear. Chaco's quality is getting pretty bad. They used to be so good.

I really hoped these would work but every time I wore them in the water, I would get a rubbed sore on the in side of my foot where the straps come together. Poor design for a water sandal.

These are a terrible disappointment from Chaco (I have had 5 or 6 other pairs of Chacos). The straps on each sandal differ by 2.5" -3" in length. The strap on the right is so short I didn't even have enough length to grab it under the buckle and the strap on the left is so long I couldn't get it tight enough to hold the sandal on. The hard (vinyl?) material the straps run through is so stiff it looks and feels like it would cause blisters in a very short time. I wish they were better, because I like the lighter footbed. Chaco appears to have thrown quality control out the window! Although I love Zappos, I am disappointed that they would send out a pair of sandals so obviously defective.

I returned these. The straps didn't work correctly I don't remember exactly why.

The straps on these do not stay tight. It constantly feels like the shoe is going to fall off your foot and you have to readjust.
