I wear size 7. These were the the right length, but straps too big so they were loose on my feet, couldn’t wear, returned. The footbed has a high arch support, didn’t feel all that comfy to me, too high and too firm. They aren’t real cushy either. And they are heavy. Even if they had fit tightly and stayed on my foot, they were too heavy and footbed wasn’t comfy enough for me.

Look great and would of been comfortable if they did not run narrow.

This was a nice enough flip but the arch was far too high for my foot, causing me to supinate and have knee pain. They seemed well made, more suited for a high-arched foot and I would like to have kept them. Alas, I don't need a style that causes pain. Sending them back after the Covid-19 permits a trip to UPS. Great customer service from Zappo's, as always. I did order a different style from this brand, which seems to have a lower arch support. Time will tell as I try them on my hardwood floors. Fingers crossed.

I wish the strap was adjustable or made from a material that would not stretch out, as is my feet have way to much movement with how loose the straps are.

I loved this shoe with the narrow foot bed. Unfortunately summer sandals that only run while sizes never work for me.

I wear a size 7. Usually certain brands I can order online with no problem and I've ordered chacos before however, this time I returned the 7's for an 8. The 8 fit more snug than Ilike my flip flops to fit but okay. A half size would be preferred. Other than sizing, Chaco makes a sturdy, lasting, and appealing shoe.

I thought I was replacing my favorite Chaco Flip Flop. However, when it arrived , I realized the bottom was Brown. Didn't like this look. So I'm returning.

Chacos just aren’t the same. My chacos are my favorite shoes and have been for 15 years. The last two years I’ve tried to purchase their new flip flops and similar to what other reviews say, the new styles are just not the same as the old. Not nearly as comfortable or stylish.

Chacos has changed the way they make their flip flops. My foot used to fit naturally into a 7 1/2, and now it feels as if my foot has gotten shorter and wider...I've had several pairs of Chacos, and this is the first time I've had this issue. Really disappointed.

I wear a 7 in the Chaco Z sandals, but I alway buy the W option. These flips don't have a wide option, so I ordered an 8. My heel hands off the end of the footbed! What's with that? It has nothing to do with the width. Very disappointed. Sending them back.

Pretty but straps super tight and I have normal width feet. All the other Chaco sandals fit great; these seem to be for verynarrow feet.

Too narrow

I have several Chaco flip flops. The is a newer style. I could not get my foot in these slides. Order the wide if available unless you have narrow feet.

The sole of this flipflop was fine in size. The pronounced arch on the sole in no way matched the arch of my foot. The straps/thong were way to small for the sole of the shoe.
