I love the style and feel of the skate. Kinesha the customer service recommended me buying this style since it was in my size and the other was not.

I am highly impressed with the Customer Service!! I was welcomed and my concern was there concern both times I called. Kinesha and her Team Supervisor assisted me in returning my skates and choosing the best fit because the first pair were too tight. So I had to size up. They did all they could to expedite my order and I appreciate it. The skates recommended were better. I love how they feel and look. I will definitely recommend Zappos to others. Thank you!!!

If there were 6 stars we would give them as these ROCK!! My daughter loves them and has been enjoying learning to skate and she looks awesome doing it too. These skates are quality, and great for beginners but they seem like they will be perfect as well when she gets better.

Had more of a customer service interaction with these guys and they are incredible! Amazing company.

The sizing is great. I'm normally a 7-7.5 and the size 7 fit perfectly. The skates also showed up 2 days early with the free shipping option! I'm in love with the roller skates and I've used them every day since they showed up.

I ordered these skates for my daughter who is currently 8yrs old & I ordered a size 1, it’s a tad bit big on her but she skates perfectly fine in them & I want her to be able to grow into them. She loves them! ??

These are beautiful skates! I am just re-learning to skate after probably 25 years, so not very confident or fast yet, but these seem sturdy and roll very well. I usually wear a size 7.5 and ordered a 7, since a snug fit was recommended. The 7 fits nicely. I feel like there might be a little spot on the outer ball of the foot that will rub when I go out for a longer skate, but they may just need some breaking in. Also, one shoe lace seems to be longer than the other, but that's a minor issue. Overall, I'm really excited about them!

The boot fit true to size. It’s super stiff but I’m sure it will loosen over time. The color is fun and exactly what I expected.

Awesome beginner skate! ?

I haven’t had the chance to really try them out outside, but so far I love them and they skate well. Make sure to go half a size up. I wear a 9.5, so I would have had to go up anyway. But the 10 fits perfectly for me

I saw this brand of skates on the boardwalk in Newport Beach this summer. They are well built, stylish, and just the way skates were when I was a kid in the 80's. My 9 year old daughter has only removed them from her feet to sleep at night. Will buy again when she wears this pair out or outgrows them.

These run a bit small. I wear a 7 in street shoes, but the 7 skate was too small. I ordered the 8, and they fit well.

I typically wear 7.5, I got these in size 7 and they worked great. I was a beginner so I was nervous to choose a pair, but I'm happy I went with these. I've worn them in a rink which was a smooth ride, of course. I've also used them inside my house and in a garage with a smooth floor. I tried taking them on my back patio but every little pebble, crack, and wood chip had me tripping. You definitely have to get on a smooth, debris-free surface.

My son and I have a pair of the black with white lettering and smoky wheels and toe stops. We are both happy with the product. We're also happy to support female empowered companies. However, we wish they would be a little more marketable towards their male market too. If I wasn't comfortable with my own sexuality, I probably would have feigned away from a great pair of skates. We both agree, that we prefer our Impalas over our Chicago skates, because they're lighter weight on our feet. Perfect for indoor or outdoor skating, however we just prefer to use them for indoors.

So so cute! I was scared on what size to choose, but I went in the website and used their size guide, and the skates fit my girls perfectly. They’ve been wearing it since they got it. the shipping was super quick of course. LOVE IT
