I have other Nine West shoes and always wear an 8.5. My heel slipped out of these when I walked, and the shoe made a noisy squeaky sound. They were very pretty but I'll be returning them.

I love the look of this classic 9 West heel for work but they are just too uncomfortable to keep. The shoe is too rigid to make the toe box manageable even though the heel height is perfect - you can tell it will cause a blister in short order. I ordered the red snakeskin and they were adorable.
