I love the look and feel of these sandals. The leather is very soft and they have a nice cushion that I think would be comfortable over time. My problem with this sandal is that the vamp is too long. There is excess room from where my toes end to the front of the sandal, which makes the shoe look too long and my toes look too short (I noticed this in pictures submitted by other reviewers as well). I think they are the right size because my heel is in exactly the right place. They are going back.

These are super cute but I had way too much length on the ankle strap. When I went to fasten it, I ran out of Velcro and the strap excess was dragging on the floor. I have narrow feet so I’m sure that was the problem - I will be sad to be sending these back.

These fit true to size. They are reasonably comfortable but I had hoped they would feel more like sneakers (especially given the look of the sole). They don't give the cushion you'd expect by looking at them, and for the price I couldn't justify it.

This is the prettiest shoe ever! It looked like it would be a very comfortable fit especially based on all the reviews. I wanted it to work so bad! But it just didn’t. There is a hard rim around the entire shoe. The cushioned part is very centered. It leaves no room for play! If any part of your foot does not fit inside of that cushioned shaped sole, then your foot will then be resting on the hard rim and that HURTS! I rarely do reviews of items I buy, but I wanted to hep someone else out who has a normal to wide foot. Maybe this will work for narrow feet but I was so sad because it was suppose to be my perfect shoe. :-(.

Relatively true to size. I'm usually a 6.5 or 7, and 6.5 was the correct fit lengthwise. But these aren't for wide feet. The front strap squished my toes together and the edges of my foot hung out over the sole. Back they went.

I really wanted to love these they are so cute and have always found Sorel shoes to be comfortable but the band over the toe is too wide for me and rubs my toe. I see from the reviews I’m not the only one. Wish they would change that part of the design because otherwise it would be a great stylish walking sandal. Unfortunately I have to return them.

Massive ankle strap. Even on it’s tightest, the ankle strap cannot hold my foot securely. I have smaller ankles, but not insanely so. I ordered a a 9.5 and I’m pretty sure I’m sending them back because I would have to take them to a shoe repair to add more Velcro and cut the strap shorter. I’m so bummed because they are very cute.

I really wanted to love this show, however, the fit was off, to the point where it gave me blisters on the inner sides of my foot. The straps rubbed continually against my inner foot & also on the balls of my feet, so I had to return them. Too bad because I really liked the concept of a fashionable sneaker-shoe.

These were nice looking, but the footbed was so narrowly cut that it didn't even cover the arch for my fairly standard width foot. This seems an odd design choice given the "chunky" substantial sole style. Plus, those with slender ankles will find the velcro closure insufficient, since the top strip will not make full contact with the length of the bottom strip. There's no reason for this to be the case, as it would be a simple matter to make the strips long enough to accommodate all shapes. Finally, the straps across the foot felt scratchy and stiff, not smooth as I would expect in a reasonably well-made shoe. Zappos, as always, has the very best customer service; they make it simple to return items that don't work. I really liked how these look, but back they go.

I loved the look of this shoe but I believe it was a “European” size which was more then an inch too long and the Velcro straps couldn’t tighten the shoe to fit. I guess I’ll have to make sure I order “U.S.” in the future.
