These shoes are so nice and the quality is amazing. I really do recommend these shoes. At first they were really hard to put my foot into them cause they were tight. But now after wearimg them and walking around in them they are loosen up but not to the extent thay they are flying off my foot. They also come with a second pair of red laces with gold ends which is really cute. If you love hello kitty and puma purchase these!!

I would have loved it if the item I received was true to description and images, basically it looked the same but there was no 3D patch/badge and no extra red laces, I am not sure if it was a defective pair or someone bought it and returned but replaced the white laces with the patch that was supposed to be attached as well as the red laces, also the white laces were dirty... they felt true to size and very comfortable, I was considering to keep them because I don’t like the hustle of returning stuff and because they felt very comfortable but I felt like I paid higher price because it was supposed to be a special hello kitty edition with extra details, without them it was just a pair of cute white sneakers. If it was heavily discounted I would have kept them but it was a full price...Somewhat disappointed with the lack of quality control, not something you expect from Zappos...
