Over the years, we have purchased every size 5-9 Infant/Toddler Nike Fly Ease Revolution for our son who has foot orthotics. He had SMOs and now has cut-down shoe inserts, so these adaptive shoes are important for his physical health and comfort. This was the first purchase where the styling was updated. The fit and sizing is great. I appreciate that the woven material is a tighter weave; it seems more durable and less likely to get pilling like the old material. I like the addition of the faux leather. I also appreciate that the zipper pull has a loop. Every previous pair's zipper pull had to be glued back together when it peeled a part, so we will see how this design holds up. A concern: the bottoms are more like foam than the previous ones which we more rubbery and I worry about durability. I also like that the insoles are now black instead of orange-red, which means it will show less dirt. Finally, I was very disappointed to find a dried glob of glue on the outside of one of the shoes. I chose not to return it because we needed to get our son into a new size rather than wait. Ultimately, it doesn't affect the functionality of the shoe but I expect more from Nike's quality control.

I measured my 16 m/o son’s foot & ordered a size 6 based on the size guide. The sneakers fit great with room to grow. I decided to buy these because of the wrap-around zipper. It’s honestly the most innovative feature I’ve seen on a pair of kids’ shoes! The white/gray color looks identical to the photo on the app & they will match nearly any outfit. Very happy with my purchase.

If it is an adaptive shoe, it needs to be wide enough for afos

Awful.. My sons brace wouldn't even fit into the shoe. Fail for Nike Adaptive shoe

Great shoe. My daughter wears sure step inserts and these make life so much easier when putting on sneakers.

These were a half to a full size too small

The shoes are pre worn, soiled, and the zippers are broken.

Great material. Feel very comfortable and esay to putbon and take off

I order these shoes for children i see for physical therapy. The shoes work great for fitting over the orthotics while ease with donning.

My kiddos both love these shoes. They are super nice looking and lightweight!

THe zippers are not reliable. This is the second pair of shoes in two months the first pair the zipper broke one quickly the second pair we’re not even attempting to use the zippers we’re just putting our daughters insert in as best we can without using the zipper

The area for velcro is a one inch strip that wears away in about 2 months.

These are the only shoes that will fit over my little one's DAFO braces. She has tiny feet- maybe a 4.5, but a size 6 fit well over the braces. The first pair that was sent to us had a broken zipper- there was glue on the zipper making it unusable. The second pair only lasted a month before the zipper broke completely. When these work, they are fabulous. Easy on, easy off, wide enough to accommodate an orthotic. Wish the quality was better as we really only use these at physical therapy a few times a week and they lasted a month.

Used to love Nike flyease for my daughter who requires an AFO, but the new design/quality is terrible. This is my fourth pair in the last few months and very single one broke at the zipper within like 1-3 wears. The zipper quality is so cheap now...please Nike change it back. Finding shoes for AFOs is already so difficult.

I was VERY disappointed in these shoes! The zipper was TEENY TINY, and it came off the track within a few days of wearing. Very poorly made... Zappos was great and gave me my $ back, but I wish we could have had a good product instead.
