I really enjoy them but definitely wear socks when hiking in them, in water and around the house great without.

Tighten up and loosen up easily. great support and perfect for the muddy bottom lake.

So far so good. I've done some easy-moderate hiking, spent time at the east coast beaches and they're holding up so far. Not too many miles on them yet, but outlook is good.
