Great to walk in. Wear daily

comfortable!

Bought a pair in brown to use for wet Oregon walks. (When it's dry or when I run on the treadmill, I wear grey Bondi 7's). These Challenger Low Gore-Tex shoes are super comfortable - I often forget I'm wearing them after coming back inside after a walk, and without realizing it they end up staying on my feet for hours. Unusual for me, the more I wear these shoes, the more they form a snug fit around my entire foot, more like slippers than shoes, really. I ordered these in my size (10 wide) and they fit perfectly right out of the box.

After years of continual wear, it was time to replace my (now discontinued) Bondi Leathers. These fit and felt perfect right out of the box. They look great, also. My orthotic inserts had no issues after transferring them from the old shoes to this. I plan to use the show for hiking and everyday use.

These shoes are fantastic. I walk 6-8 miles a day in them!

The Challenger Gortex is my go to winter shoe for Northern California on wet days. The gortex keeps me warm and dry. They perform ok for hikes at Bidwell park, but prefer the Bondi 7,as I feel less fatigued at the end of the hike. Still a great shoe for the purpose I use it for. I hope some day they make the Bondi in Gortex.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable to work in. Although they have suede on them they do not scratch and scuff easily. They are extremely comfortable. I can stand on my feet all day for eight hours and not be worried about anything hurting. And the best thing of all is that they look very stylish and expensive. My next ones will be the boots I think those are very very cool.

I bought these shoes because I needed all black shoes that were waterproof for my job as a firefighter. I was already a fan of HOKA and this shoe did not disappoint. Just bought my second pair for work and convinced 2 other firefighters to get HOKAs for the station.

I now have two pairs and have and am having the same problem with both pairs. The liner shifts constantly. I had to tape them down which is wrong and annoying.

I understand what people were saying about the difficulty with the laces. The lace just doesn't move very easily through those super reinforced eyelets! All the same I find this to be a great shoe and for me the fact that HOKA offers sizes in wide is what does it for me! I had blisters all the time until I finally was able to find 2E wide sizes. HOKA's are great.

My stubborn husband was constantly complaining about foot pain and wouldn't consider trying Hokas (I've worn them for 5 Years), so I just bought these without telling him. He is now a convert!

These shoes are great. I'm an amputee, and I have struggled to find a comfortable, and durable shoe. This definitely is that shoe. I wear these for approximately 10 hours a day. I feel great wearing them, no fatigue, no aches and pains. These shoes have improved my walking and mobility immensely. I recommend them highly and hope they help others as well. I also wear hoka sneakers which are incredible. The cost of the shoe reflects the quality of the shoe.

Im on my feet all day (cement and metal grating) Hokas made a huge improvment in my comfort.

Strong sturdy and very comfortable.

Light, comfortable,excellent for walking.

Upgrade from the C7!!

I have a bad back , the shoe are very light and give me back support when I walk ,originally bought Size 10 wide exchanged for a 101/2 - run a bit small

I'm on my feet most of the day and I love these shoes.
