I am a walker and I like no lace sneakers. These are so light and so comfortable. Thrilled with them.

I have been wearing these for about month and love them. I do not do a lot of longer distance running, so I cannot speak to that, but for cross training these provide plenty of support and are like wearing cadillacs on my feet (comfort not size).

I've wore many brands of shoes and felt that Under armor were the best shoes until I wore Hoka. Hoka are some very comfortable, durable shoes!

I have one recovery shoes for slippers around the house but wanted something more substantial. This slip on will serve that purpose. I went to the men's shoe because I figured it would be a little wider than the women's. I wish they were many more colors in this Cavu.

Good gym shoe, after three weeks. We'll see how it holds up. Treadmill, yes, road running, maybe not.

Length is fine but very wide shoes. Floppy around the heel. Orthotics help to fill some of the volume. Wish they were more like other brands and came in narrower widths than D.

I was initially disappointed with my first purchase, misleading size chart resulted in too small for my long and narrow feet. Ordered a full size larger. Very comfortable. A little wide at the heel. Wish they came in widths.

I was looking for something easy to take off and on, this one proved too difficult for me. Cant' say how the rest of the experience would be although most of the many Hoka's I have bought over the years have been fantastic.

I would have given the shoe a 5 star, my left shoe feels tighter and I was hoping to break them in but I may have to return it. The right shoe fits perfectly. It may be my foot but it feels like the top of the shoe is cut too tight. I'm waiting to see if it stretches first.

I had to forcefully stretch the toe area because it was too tight and not stretching freely due to the coating. After that I was able to enjoy the shoe better. Improvements could be a little more breathable, antibacterial, better insole. Besides that I like the colors and style and the shoe seems to be built well.

As a 30 year nurse, I have tried ALL kinds of different shoes in the search for the best comfort and support! These shoes come close to the best I've tried! After working 12 hr shifts, usually my feet/legs are tired and achey, but not with theses shoes!
I also love that they are slip on/off!!!

I really like these for a casual shoe. For years now, I have only been able to wear the Hoka One One brand. I also wear the Clifton 5/6 for work wear and walking. I use the Hoka recovery slide at home instead of going bare foot. These new Cavu 3 shoes are a little less bouncy in the soles, and have a slightly less rocker bottom feel to them. I purchased size 10 and 11 at another retailer (Sorry Zappos! You didn't have this color at the time). The arch placement on the size 11 was better for me, but the 11 is too wide for me. So I chose the 10. The heel cup is not as deep feeling as with the Clifton or the recovery slide, and so my foot does not rest on the arch cushion at the same place-my foot is a little too forward for the shoe. And the sole seemed too stiff at first. But I have noticed a little "softening/flexibility" happening with the sole, so that might make things better. I am older, so I do find this style a little hard to put on , due to arthritis. But I'm really happy with the shoe so far. I have been wanting a Hoka style that looks a little more like a fashion shoe than an athletic shoe. And one that doesn't look so HUGE on my size 10 feet.
I'd also recommend:

The recessed heel bed makes it feel like I'm always walking uphill. Otherwise these shoes are perfect--lightweight and comfortable. Great travel shoes. I just wish the heel bed was not recessed and wonder why Hoka would do that.

My husband loves slip on sneakers so I ordered him a pair - I have 2-pair myself and he really likes them - they have support & a nice comfortable foot bed. I wish I could get my dad a pair but the opening is too small to get his feet into.

Size chart indicated same as adidas 10.5, which fit perfectly. Felt small at first, but trusted sizing, continued to wear hoping they would "break in". Unfortunately and unlike adidas the toe box is very rigid. After a moderately long walk my toes were agonizingly painful. Ordered 11.5, hopeful. Anybody want almost new pair10.5?

Transparency, I love Hoka shoes. I would have given this a 1 star but because of my love for my shoes give it 3 stars. I ordered this pair of shoes and the right shoe had minutely discernable different fabric. It was stiffer than the left shoe. I then returned for an exchange but never got a notice and I just saw my cc activity and saw the credit. It was about 2 weeks to get the credit but I just wanted a replacement pair because I love the shoes. Disappointed.

I ordered up a size. Still to small and narrow. It's a very tight fit. They work, but I can't recommend. I took a rubber mallet to the heel to help with the slide on and that seemed to do the trick.
