My 2nd pair of Hokas, I had focused on stability with my 1st pair, bad ankles. This pair I focused on cushion which has been a game changer. Love the shoes. I'm regularly a size 8/8:5 but since I'm running HILL's I went to a size 9. They're a little too big, my foot slides in & out on the heel a bit but after trying to exchange there were no more of these in an 8.5 so I'm just dealing with it. I'm impatient, so didn't want to wait. I'd give these 5+ stars if the exchange was possible, best shoes ever!

They're probably good for someone who has worn them previously. I went from the Mach 2 & these made a difference in my stability & gait. So I'm trying the men's Mach 3 instead.

Sadly, my right foot has a bunion, and the narrower Arahi 4 presses on it. But on my normal left foot, it's a beauty. Great comfort, great support, and can't feel my injured metatarsal (also on right foot). Wish the toe box were wider, so will have to go back to the Bondi. If you can use a narrower toe box, you can't go wrong with this shoe.

Did you change the shoelaces? My first pair, less than a year ago, had fine shoelaces. No problems. The new pair's laces are horrible. They are like old fashioned laces. Smaller in diameter, thin, feel cheap. Very difficult to pull to tighten, you have to back up to each eyelet and pull, then move one more. Please help!

I bought them for running but I believe these shoes are better for walking rather than running.

I love these shoes and they have helped my plantar fasciitis tons but wish they were more reasonably priced.

I bought ARAHI 4 to help me from rolling to the outside of my feet. In a very short time my knees have begun to feel better. I hope to find another HOKA shoe that will be even better fit for me.

I wore these for the first time on a 6 mile walk, they were super comfortable. Looking forward to running in them. I would say they run on the bigger size.

Kid LOVES her Arahi, wears them ALL the time esp for marching band practice. Says they roll really well for the particular walking step they have to do. Score = 5 +++++ I WANT to love my Arahi, they FEEL amazing, super light-weight... but I thought they were designed for high arches, so I'm having problems wearing them and not having plantar fascia pain... so ... I'd return if I hadn't already worn them outside (cuz I was so sure they were going to be as amazing as they felt right out of the box). Oh, and I should mention... my first walk was my normal 5 miles... and not a single blister (unlike a competitor's brand). Right out of the box comfortable... if only my particular foot didn't have so many issues!

I like sneaker need a little more arch support. Also need more colors for wide with.

The shoes i purchased are not as cushioned as I expected. I have talked with others that said for me being on my feet all daay I should have went with the bondi 7. I will have to save up money for those. They are quit expensive.

I am a runner and usually wear a Gaviota 2 but due to limited stock I had to go with the Arahi 4. Love the look and most of the feel of the shoe but after just a couple of runs in it it started rubbing a blister on the toes where a seam is on the tongue of the shoe. They seemed to run a little larger than the gaviota so I sent them back for a 1/2 smaller size. Haven't gotten the new size yet but I feel like that will fix the problem. Good thing about Hoka one one is that they stand behind their product and ensure you get in the right shoe for you. Thanks HOKA!!
