Almost as comfortable as my Skechers. I need extra cushioning. Only problem I have is that the tongue rubs on my ankle and I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to wear them for long lengths of time

My feet used to get really sore during and after tennis. My podiatrist recommended the Evelon model. Now my feet are happy!

Hokas are my go to running shoes and I prefer the softer landing of the Elevon over the Clifton. My only gripe about the Elevon is the tongue is horrible. It cuts into the ankle and will leave a mark and draw blood. The shoes would be much better if Hoka took the bottom of the Elevon and top of the Clifton.
If you really like the fit other than the horrible tongue and hate wearing higher socks, I have found a solution to prevent the tongue from causing damage. I found that while it can take a while to do this, if I cut athletic tape into little strips and wrap around the edge in 2-3 layers, it prevents any issues from the tongue.

I use this shoes to do my cardio and hi intense body weight and i like the amount of cushion on my heel that absorbs the impact. It's a uncomfortable noise specially on the right shoe is like solid wood every step weird. Just because of that I don't give 5 a won't buy again either

I decided to try a different model rather than my usual Cliftons, so I got the Elevon 2. Unfortunately, they did not turn out as good as I expected. The cushioning is great, and they're pretty comfortable to run in. But the size ran a little bigger and the reed/lacing is extremely uncomfortable, with pressure points in odd places. Bummer to have to wait a whole year until I wear them off to buy another pair.

I run on the balls of my feet and these shoes have great bounce. They're super comfortable! Only con is the lip of the shoe is a little rigid so you need socks that are a bit taller.

The Elevon 2 is exactly as pictured & I love the appearance but they were more narrow than Bondi's & the tongue is ver uncomfortable. I did exchange them for another pair of Bondi's but if you have more narrow feet perhaps you'll love these as much as I wanted to.

This is my second pair and I love them. My only complaint with these are they don't stay tied as well as my other pair. It's a bummer to stop mind race or work out to tie my shoe

I really enjoy the Cliftons and they have met my needs, but I recently have been doing HiiT boot camps and noticed I needed something with a little more firmness not so cushy. Unfortunately, with the shape of my feet, the Elevon 2 was not the right fit for me. The style provided the extra support, but I had issues with the top part of the shoe and the more I wore them it became uncomfortable.

These were okay, but I did not like them as much as the Cliftons which are the comfiest running shoes ever. I ended up exchanging them for the Cliftons, which I think have better arch support for me personally.

This style of Hokas is much larger than the others. Bondi and Clifton I’m an 8. An 8 in these is a whole size too big.

Good shoe. Tongue is odd. One of the shoes has a tongue that is curled; they slip when I run although it does not affect comfort. Not plush, only cushioned. Very good stability.

I love my Elovon 2 for walking (as well as my new Rincon's also recently purchased!) I'm not crazy about the plastic tongue in the Elovon 2, but they're still keepers!
I'm ready to buy my next pair of Hoka's soon!

I have been enjoying my new Elevon 2. The tealish color is great. They are comfortable. I would have prefered the Bondi as that is the style I usually buy. BUT my color was out of stock and order was canceled sooo I tried a different style.
The only thing that I do not like is the extended back part of the sole. It is taking some getting used to.

Best shoes I've ever bought. They are my "go-to-shoe."
That said, it's a hit or miss to know about cushion. I work in a hospital with hard floors and walk all day. A couple pairs of shoes have been heavenly. This new pair is ok, but not great.
