shoe was too, tight over instep.... uncomfortable.

So, so narrow. I need a slip on to be easy to get into—not requiring contortions. Also, the soles were super sticky/tacky. I am not sure what that indicates but it wasn’t a plus in my book. So disappointed.

I couldn't even get my right foot into the shoe. Felt really short.

Too narrow, couldn't get my foot into the shoe, even though I ordered my normal size. I wear a 6W, and have a high instep. My foot only went into this shoe halfway. They are marked 6W, but are smaller and narrower than another pair of Sketchers slip-ins I own. Those are long enough and loose enough that I have to wear socks with them, or they are too loose. I wish Sketchers would be consistent with their sizing. I don't know what size to order anymore. I'm going to return these.

Seems Skechers is making their shoes wider in general. I had this same style and it was fine....this new pair like several other styles I have tried recently, gaps at the sides.....medium???? Who knows since the new shoes are not marked with N or M for narrow or medium anymore. Very disappointing since I can no longer enjoy the comfort of Skechers unless i wear a heavy sock to compensate for the wider cut.

I don't think these are the shoes I ordered. They are the size I ordered, although they are too small. However, the box states the shoes are Skechers Sport-Active, not Gratis-Strolling. Nowhere on the box does it stay Gratis-Strolling.

I wear a 9.5 but usually get a 10 for comfort. This 10 is not even close.

Skechers size 9 has always been a good fit for me. Not this Gratis- Strolling style; it's too small & narrow.

The sizing of the SKETCHES Gratis shoes makes no sense. In the Gratis Sport a 7.5, which is what I normally wear, was much too big and I had to get a 7. In the Gratis Strolling the 7.5 was much too small and I probably needed an 8. The design is also uncomfortable. There is a seam inside the front of the shoe where the leather is attached to the fabric and my big toe kept catching on it while walking.

Dear Sketchers, I'm wondering how you can even label this shoe a "WIDE"? If that is 'Wide', then the majority of the female population must have ridiculously narrow feet - which I doubt. Get with the program & actually make a WIDE shoe. That'd be great, as I'd totally purchase your shoes.
