This was my first pair of Tevas that left me wildly uncomfortable. I have had many tevas through the years. Even now my regular daily shoes are teva gore tex walking shoes. I bought these sandals because I had tried another brand of hiking sandals that I gave several years of attempts to, and finally gave up. Researched all the teva hiking sandals for wearing in rivers etc on hikes. These were rated to be perfect for this. Unfortunately, I had blisters 20 minutes into my first walk with them. I readjusted the Velcro many ways. Kept going, the river actually made them feel better. On the walk back, it was so uncomfortable.
It was a 6 mile walk from my home to the river and back. Once home, I took them off and as of right now, never want to out them on again. I'm super bummed because I have loved all other Tevas and really wanted these to work. Now I'm out the $$ and need to find another pair of hiking/water sandals.

This was the worst purchase I have made. I invested in these shoes thinking they would be what they were advertised for; the ideal multi-day hiking shoe.
These shoes arrived at the same time that I found myself homeless and were literally all I could wear. I've had constant lower back and hip pain while wearing these shoes. A four mile hike had my feet THROBBING. The straps will leave you with blisters even though they look like they would be heaven to walk in.
I, unfortunately, was unable to return these shoes within the 30 days so now I am out the crazy money they cost in the first place. Please learn from my mistake.

On the day they were delivered I wore them around the house. It only took a few minutes for my little toe to start hurting, and the straps around the ankle were rubbing. Adjusting the straps didn't help. And even when I took the sandals off, my small toe bone continued hurting. I had to return them.

I absolutely loved these, right until they died after maybe 15 wearings of any significant length of time in 13 months of ownership . The back strap pulled out of the sole. My old Tevas are 20 years old and still alive. This is what I get for wanting to try a newer pair with more cushion.

I have now had two sets of these and BOTH have had the straps separate from the sole- clearly a problem with the shoes based on other reviews. Teva won't refund and won't cover as it's been just over a year. As a long time Teva used I'm very disappointed.

After owning these sandals for two months and only using them for walking around the neighborhood a strap separated from the sole. I sent pictures to Teva and was informed that I could mail them the sandals and they "might" be covered under their warranty. I would also be personally responsible for shipping fees. So I can pay to return the sandals and they will decide whether or not to give me credit to purchase another pair of faulty sandals...

I exchanged the sandals because the padding on the heel on the left sandal was sewn in the wrong place, which caused my heel to rub again the webbing. Not good for hiking sandals! Sadly, the next pair had this problem with BOTH sandals. So disappionted. I have always loved TEVA hiking sandals, but the quality seems to have gone down... while the price has gone up to $110. :(

The length of my sandal was fine. However, the upper strap that crosses over the arch and navicular bone (closest to the ankle) was one inch shorter than the strap of my previous TEVA sandal.
And I have skinny feet. Luckily, free returns has made it possible to exchange. Hopefully the size larger will have a more generous strap.

I was a Teva devotee for a long time, and then I just drifted away for some reason. I came back recently and was pleased to find their shoes are as comfy and supportive as ever. The fit is right on, and I've always thought Tevas were cute. However, the quality seems to have changed. My first pair of Terra Fis broke after a month's wear - nothing extreme just day hiking and some kayaking trips, grocery store runs, the usual. The back outside heel strap popped right out. Zappos graciously allowed me to return them, and I had new ones THE NEXT DAY. Yesterday, the same strap (other foot) popped out after less than a month. I'm going through Teva for the return this time, which is a hassle, but Zappos has more than done their part. Zappos gained a customer for life, and Teva lost one.

Hideous quality. The ankle strap broke within first wearing and instead of returning i fixed it and kept which from that point on just gave me viscious blisters all over my feet, rubbed raw and then one heel got strangely uneven obviously defective. Theyre hard and painful heavy and falling apart. I got them i. Early summer. Its only the beginning of august. Absolutely garbage. I have been wearing only teva in summer for over 30 years. I got them the first year they came out. The quality is gone.

I was happy to receive my sandals on 4/10/23. I wore them for errands (such as grocery shopping and to go to the post office) as well as church. On June 25th, one strap came completely loose out of the sandal. Guess what? I cannot get in touch with anyone from Teva on a telephone and text is unsuccessful. I'm very upset. There is not an option to share pictures under this review. Wow.

I have worn Teva's for oh so long now...it was time to get new...and the footbeds for women are now ginormous! It's almost comical to look at new and old next to each other....they are clunky...do not fit...PLEASE bring back a women appropriate footbed! I am returning both pairs.

I have been wearing Teva sandals for probably 36 or 37 years and have tried virtually every style, Yes, there were a couple I did not like very much & either sent them back or gave them away. These however, I feel are your worst attempt at a good sandal. I have shattered my heel bone, have had plantar fasciitis for which left my aches really messed up. My Teva sandals were the only thing I could wear after a while. As I don't drive, I thought I would try these for my walks to the store, Horrible! My feet sweat like crazy & slip & slide on what ever the foot bed is made of. The padding on the underside of the straps & on the heel strap becomes damp, my feet sweat, all within 5 or 10 minutes & just can't get the straps to secure my foot. I do NOT feel comfortable walking in these at all. I bought these in the late Spring of this year & kept thinking perhaps they'd be better in the cooler weather. NOT! Only wore these 4 times & am so disappointed as I really thought these would be a great score! Did you even have a test run on these before coming out with them for sale?

Had these sandals for a couple of weeks and the stitching is unraveling and fraying on the straps. From pants? What good are great soles if the straps holding your shoes to your feet fall apart?
