I love these boots! Wore them all through the winter last year and they held up really well. With slightly thicker socks (think athletic socks as opposed to thinner liner socks), I had no problem wearing them all day comfortably. I took them on a trip to Ireland in December as my "going out" shoe, and they felt secure walking around at night, even over cobblestones and through the drizzly rain. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're waterproof, but they held up well through a mild winter. After a full year, really the only visible wear on the boots is some nicks in the heel and the leather looks a bit worn-in (i.e. not as perfectly smooth and structured as they were brand new), but I expected that given I was wearing them almost every day for months. The Chelsea style made them perfect for both going out and for work, and the heel height was perfect for me. Can't say enough good things about these boots and the price point is decent for what you get — hope they bring back the different colorways so I can grab another pair or two this year.

Overall a nice boot! Comfortable and stylish. Sole and heal are non skid and aid with comfort. I went with the Xappo recommenced size which is a half size larger than my usual size. It was the right size. They are a pull on and off boot so the are less fitted in those areas but do fit. Happy with the purchase.

I love these booties. This is my second pair I have purchased. I have had them for a couples years and always wanted another pair, I was so happy to see Zappos had them. They are so comfortable, stylish and true to fit. These are my go to everyday booties.

I absolutely love these booties... normally I find Michael Kors shoes to be a bit narrow but not these.. these booties are absolutely gorgeous.. the leather is beautiful and they are very comfortable... I wear a 71/2 but in booties I wear an 8... true to size... no pinching on the sides or across the toe... i would totally recommend these ... you can dress them up or down... simply beautiful!!!

Love these boots. Stylish and comfortable. The non skid heel and sole are great for New England weather. I purchased my regular size and the fit was perfect. I will be purchasing another pair in a different color.

They’re cute shoes but they hurt your feet after awhile, do not plan on wearing these for extended lengths of time. There’s no support it comfort to them. But overall nice shoes.

I love the style and received compliments. Ultimately I returned after one wear because they were not comfortable. I have narrow feet and I wore thick socks. I made it about 3 hours and took them off.
