I normally wear 12.0/46.0 shoes, and my feet are very average and generally without problems. The reviews on this model are correct that it runs large, but how large depends on your intended use: For casual and general use, size down 1/2 size, which is what I did (bought 11.5/46.0). If you really intend to use them for approaches and probably want them closer fitting, size down a full size. Since some reviews say these are narrow, I can clarify that they are not actually narrow, but are instead just not wide. I find the heel to be a little narrow but in a good way that prevents heel lift. Forefoot is normal width, but the fabric uppers are soft and flexible, and I think many will find them to stretch enough to be comfortable.

I really like these shoes. Comfortable, almost sneaker-like, very lightweight. Durability seems good so far. I ordered a half-size smaller than usual given the sizing comments in the other reviews, and they fit well.

I bought these approach shoes about a month ago, and was quite impressed on how light they are. They are aloso a great shoe for warmer climates, due to the mesh-like construction they breathe well. Combined with the mega grip sole they are excellent for just about any approach, especially in hot dry climates. Another bonus of the Konseal LT is the heel collapses making it a great camp shoe.

when it comes to ultras in the mountains(eg. Sinister7) lightweight is a critical success factor. This is a shoe which offers both lightweight and support - very important attributes while selecting gear for any ultras. This shoes offers the great sticky soles for technical trails, scrambling rocks etc.I also like the lacing system which has given me a comfortable fit for technical terrain.

This is my go to shoe for canyoneering or approaches for climbing. Great grip and tough materials that take a beating in the canyon walls. Size is very large, went down 1.5 sizes from my typical.

item looks amazing , sad they don't make a smaller than 7 as the 7 is too long, the konseal 7 and accrux boots in 7 fits me perfectly, sad that I have to return those.

Great barefoot shoes. Love the slip on heel crush feature. So easy to slip on an off when you are too lazy to pull the heel on. They are so light there is no second guessing bringing on mountaineering trips as camp shoes. Nice sticky soles for scrambling on rock but work great for casual use too. I ordered a half size down but could have gone a full size, as noted on previous reviews .

Fix sizing chart Arcteryx or at list put up a warning. It cost you money for return shipping and restocking. Wastes your customer time and is simply annoying. Second pair. I'm size 11 US with regularl width. my first purchased pair was 10.5 and it fits loose. This one I purchased 10. fit is perfect. I mainly bought it to ride flat pedal bike so my experience might be different then everybody else. Pedal grip is amazing, reinforced toe box provides good protection, ventilation is superb and even after whole summer of walking and riding daily shoes still looks ok. 4 stars due to sizing issue and I'll buy again.

I have several pairs of arcteryx boots/shoes. I got a 10.5, but I usually wear an 11 and they definitely feel like an 11. They require some breaking in, but it was a great deal on sale. 10% military/veteran discount on zappos!

When I read several reviewers indicating that the size of Konseal LT shoes is way too big; I didn't believe them. Because, my last purchase of Konseal LT GTX was size 9, a perfect fit. Well, the reviewers were right, so I ordered size 8, and it fits perfectly. I definitely order size down a half to a full size; in my case one size smaller.

These feel great on my feet but the sizes run much larger than other shoe brands, and unfortunately the size I need isn't available.

Shoe seems to run a size larger than advertised. The styling, comfort, fit and width is good even with custom orthotics. Returned only because I found a more comfortable shoe in the Scarpa Mojito.

I purchased my first pair about 7 months ago, and have used them for day hikes around the PNW. I have one foot that is bigger than the other and my first pair were 13's, which I normally wear. The toe cap separated on the shoe that goes on my smaller foot. I sized down to a 12 and will try these out. I give 4 stars because people with big feet deserve half sizes too! I feel a 12.5 would be perfect for my odd sized feet, but can't win 'em all. As far as trail performance, I have confidently scurried up rocks that I thought I would have more trouble with. I will probably continue to buy as long as they make them, these are great shoes for the walking/hiking I am doing.

Great shoes, jus want to warn you the fit much bigger than most shoes. I'm normally a 14-15, and I bought their biggest size at 13 and they just fit. My partner is normally an 8.5 and a 7 just fits a little on the tight side probably a 7.5 would have been better.

I know this is supposed to be a lightweight version but there is just not enough support around the ankle... The reason why I still wear them is that I can wear them as slippers thanks to the collapsible heel. Not sure if I would choose them over my pair of trusty Crocs though...

I've had these shoes for almost a year and have done a wide range of hikes/scrambles on them. My most recent hike was a mix of a coastal forest approach and alpine scramble. Pros: Lightweight/comfortable Very Breathable (I don't like gortex shoes) I like the campshoe feature Cons: Lacks durability Not great grip on the down (coastal BC forest) As others have stated definately buy a size down and you should be good. These a great shoes but as others said they are lacking in durability and mine have already started to develop holes in the toe box. I think with a little more reinforcement in some strategic areas these shoes could be dialed in. I would only recommend these shoes for light hikes/scrambles.

I have owned a pair of Konseal FLs in size 10 for a few years. Great shoes, I wear them a lot and they show it. I bought these LTs to replace them. The size 10 LTs are much larger and I will need to return them. hard to give accurate stars because I can't wear them.

Lightweight and comfy barefooted. I sized down 1 full size from my arcteryx trail runners and they fit perfect. Pretty light and compact in the pack for multipitch and cozy with good grip for the way down.

The shoe is too long and too narrow. I would love to see a version with a wider toe box and a better fit lengthwise

Got a pair of these maybe a month ago - very comfortable and great for everyday use and light hiking. Ordered a half size down than my usual and they fit perfect. Unfortunately the heels have developed a horrible squeak! Literally every step -- basically can't wear them anymore cause it drives me crazy. Bummer.
