The electric bars keep the shoes in place and help with soccer ball touches. I would recommend these for a night out as well and indoor soccer

I absolutely love these shoes, they pair with anything and are extremely comfortable. The size guide always tells me to get a woman's 9 but I've always been an 8 so I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly.
