I like these shoes very much. Unfortunately after 8 months of wearing a hole on the top of the mesh showed up- wore them on trails and long walks. Won't recommend them for trail walks- Otherwise, I will order ASICS again but a different style. Very comfortable.

I wanted to love these because they’re stylish and ASICS get good reviews from runners but there was something grossly off about these shoes. I’m a short distance runner (2.5-4 miles about 4-5 times a week) runner who gets pain in her knees. I will say these did not bother my knees but they caused immense pain on both inner calves (soleus muscle). I think it’s because the shoes roll inward. I mean it put such intense strain that I had to hobble home. There is definite bounce in the heels but these did not work for me. I’m so confused with the way they roll inwards. It’s not my stride either because I put on my old shoes and the calf pain didn’t happen. I ended up keeping the shoes because I didn’t realize how bad they rolled in until I took them street running and they got dirty. Additionally, the top of the toe area started to wear out that you can see my socks poking through. Oh well, I’m steering clear of ASICS from here on out.

The shoe was comfortable at first but the more I walked in it, the more it felt like there was something hard just behind the arch area. Also, not enough cushion in the ball of the foot area. I found these better for short walks - anything over a mile and they became uncomfortable in the arch.

I bought these because I have flat feet and I felt that they were great for correcting for overpronation. The shoes are very comfortable for running and walking. The downside is that the uppers wore through where my big toes and pinky toes sit in the shoe within four months or so of buying them. The pictures I have attached are what the uppers look like six months after purchase. I was expecting more durability out of these. I do wear them for a couple miles of walking/running a day, but still disappointed in the short life.

U love tye tennis shoes, however the mesh inside ripped and im afraid soon it will reap on the outside. My socks show a bit which I hate it. I only use it on a treadmill so I don't understand. I wish I can reach the seller and get a new one.

Not as wide. I ordered a wide pair and they felt snug at the toes. I tried them at home for less than 30 mins and my toes went numb. Was really bummed out because I loved the way they looked and they actually felt as if they could be comfy, but i couldn’t deal with the tightness at the toes.

I like the look of the shoes, and the great arch support. But the top of the shoe is uncomfortable. It (the fabric) rubs my toes wrong, and I don't enjoy wearing them. I am disappointed, especially the cost.

Love the look, pretty comfortable. I can fit my AFO in them, but makes my shoes squeak. Probably would have returned if I knew that the squeak was here to stay.

I bought these shoes October 20, 2020 and by March 1 2021 the toe in the right shoe was worn through and you could see my sock. I wore these shoes mostly at the gym and I keep my nails trimmed and neat - I will move toward another brand. I paid over $100 for these shoes

I wanted to love these but they just were too uncomfortable to the point where my feet would begin to feel numb and tingly anytime I wore them. I have the gel-excite 6 & 7 and they both have the memory foam insert and the 1009 has an extremely firm insert and it was incredibly painful. I thought about keeping them to see how they felt while running but the uncomfortableness even just causally walking was too much to handle.

Super cute shoe but no arch support.
