These are very cute shoes, but not very wide at all, and they don't have a lot of toe wiggle room. Definitely not for my wide feet.

This is a reasonably priced shoe. My review is low because the sizing was so far off.

I loved my old Nimbus-18s, and I was looking for something similarly comfortable but maybe a little cheaper. Nope. These run small (as most Asics seem to), and what little padding there was was thin and uncomfortable. I was looking for something to wear while I'm on my feet all day at work, and this was not it.

I am either an 8 or 8.5 in certain athletic shoes. The 8.5 fit was the right size but the design was not comfortable. The back of the shoe is longer than all of my other shoes ( I'm a Brooks ans Adidas fan). The long back rolled the foot forward when walking and I felt like I ended my step on the tips of my toes...I returned this nice looking sneaker.

I purchased these because my usual Asics weren’t available. These run more narrow and toes on one foot felt numb on first two long walks so have to return them. They look almost as good as the others and were cheaper but fit is everything so doesn’t work for me.

I always order ASICS narrow width shoes. Even though they made the worst colors in narrow width. As with many of your reviewers, I am very disappointed that they stopped making them. I hope ASICS actually reads these comments. With that said, I ordered these as a few reviewers said they were feeling narrower than most. Heel is good! Toe box too wide. I could fix that with different shoe inserts, but......the shoe does not have removable insoles. This is the first ASICS shoe I have ever ordered that does not remove. AND the permanent insole has ZERO arch support. Adding an insert on top of the permanent insole makes the heel too high. Overall, I am very disappointed. No narrow width and now permanent, no arch support insoles. ASICS will lose a huge chunk of market share. Hope they figure it out quick!

The toe box was way too narrow. What happened to Asics's generous width??

I've had Asics running shoes and sneakers for years and I usually love them. These shoes were shockingly disappointing compared to the others I've had over the years. These rub terribly on my heel/ankle and leave blisters. Despite the foam and thick sole, there is minimal support and these leave my feet hurting after a run. I love the colors and the price was good for these so I'm disappointed they haven't been a good fit. Hoping the next ones are better.

This is the 2nd pair of this brand that I have owned, but now the top of the toe box is ripped from what I can only imagine is my toe nail rubbing through my socks. I don't have sharp toe nails, I keep my nails trimmed short. So I was shocked to see holes through the top fabric only after 8 months of very intermittent use. I won't be buying another pair unfortunately, as I find these extremely comfortable for my high arch.

Beautiful shoes came promptly, package intact. Medium was too narrow for me. it was super tight - never could have worn the shoe. I have never needed a wide shoe before. This shoe is smaller than most, IMHO.

Pretty but not comfortable. Returned them.

Wore them for a walk and the next day the ball of my big left toe was aching so much that I couldn’t wear them the next day. The backs come up so high they rub the back of my ankles not sure if that has ever happened in running sneakers before. Too bad I already wore them outside or I’d be sending these back. Glad they went too expensive.

The reviews are right: ASICS has totally changed their design, and the toe box is ridiculously too narrow. I have a narrow foot and these are way too tight, even going up a full size. It almost feels like there were no focus groups done with actual women, to test these shoes. I wish ASICS would read our Zappos reviews. I purchased three different types of ASICS shoes -all with flexible mesh fabric - and none are useable. Very disappointed, especially since they are pretty to look at. Absolutely do not fit. I would not recommend these to anyone. Thank you to Zappos for easy returns.

I tried to put them on this morning using only my right foot. It was so tight I could barely get my foot into the shoe. My toes were ALL the way to the end of the shoe, absolutely no toe room. Perhaps this pair was mis-sized, not sure. But I need a shoe that I can wear comfortably for walking. Or Maybe I need a different brand, reviews did not ay that this shoe ran small, and my representative suggested I get my regular shoe size.

I always wear Asics and usually buy the Venture or Contend models, which have been great. This time Zappos did not have those models in my size or color, so I got the Excite 7, at a similar price point. I can't quite figure these things out. There is almost no side support on this model. The "synthetic overlays" are minimal and extremely thin plastic with no support (on the inner side it almost looks like just painted on for decoration). This footbed feels odd. So I'm on the fence about these - will probably return and look elsewhere for what I need. Except the color is nice, but that's about it. Disappointing.

This is about my 8th pair of ASICS. Nuff said. ?

Love these! Wish I could have this version back.
