These shoes were just not supportive, did not seem to be constructed in a thoughtful way.

I wanted to love these trainers, but sadly, they have zero support for arches and mid foot. I have a pair of Asics gel-venture 7 trainers that I absolutely love - great support and so comfortable. I was looking for a road-running shoe and thought these would be the running version of that trail shoe. Unfortunately, I have to return them due to the lack of support. Aesthetically, they look good and the width and sizing were true. Zappos made this return simple and hassle free.

I did not like these shoes. I have been a religious Excite wearer for years, and I am disappointed in this new style. I did not feel the same level of arch support as in the previous models (up to excite4), and I felt like my foot was being forced to roll to the inside. The Excite shoes have always felt "neutral" to me, and very comfortable with good arch support. This style, not so much. They felt more narrow to me too. Had to return.

These shoes are not wide. I could only wear them with extremely thin soxs and the left one was still tight. I even tried loosening up the laces until I could barely tie them and they are still to tight

I have slight arch issues. I bought ASICS because they are known for good arch support. These shoes did not provide arch support at all.

The shoes seemed to fit ok, but my feet felt as though they were being forced to roll outward. There was absolutely no arch support and very minimal cushioning. I removed the insole and replaced it with my Brooks Glycerine 17 insole and that made the shoe feel so much better. In the end, the right decision was just to return the shoes.

size was fine. very narrow toe box. I think quality on this brand is not as good as it used to be.

I was very disappointed with the fit and feel of these right out of the box. I read many reviews prior to choosing this brand and style. At the recommendation of my fiancé, I “took them for a spin” on the treadmill. I have a wide foot and ordered a wide shoe. The footbed was much narrower than a “wide” would be. They hurt my feet. I will return them and purchase my old favorites instead.

The top fabric ended up with a hole a few months after wearing them. Very disappointed

I have worn Asics for years and this is the first pair that had a very strange longer shape. My toe pushed through in just two months and the fabric at the back of the heel wore through. I have another pair of Asics that are 2 years old and have worn much better. These shoes just don't feel like Asics and I am going to attempt to return them.

The shoes fit and felt great for some time, until a plastic piece at the heels started cutting into my daughter's feet. If you buy these sneakers, please be careful that this doesn't happen to you. It really messed up my daughter's feet. I feel awful about it. :-(

You sent the wrong pair of shoes.

I have worn Asics Gels for years and this is the first pair that has caused heel blisters. Extra padding was added around the ankle area and it rubs.

It fit great around my foot, and felt comfy and padded. The problem is when I started running, the back of the shoe rubbed off the skin of my heel. You know what I mean, where it is just too high and too stiff and ends up making the back part of your ankle bleed?

The shoe are very comfortable. But it is a hole in the toe of them. Can’t wear them anymore.

No where near the support I need for walking. Very disappointed

The shoe felt narrow and shorter than it should be.

I am a runner and have always worn ASICS for the past 20 years. These are by far the worst pair of running shoes I’ve ever purchased. Can’t fully describe how awful they are - except to say they are completely unusable- going in the trash! I can’t even wear them for casual use. The number one problem- the material used to shape the shoe must be a new design?! Inside/around the ankle is super hard, thick, & no flexibility. Very low quality. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable & unnecessarily bulky! Total waste of money. Disappointed.

I purchased these May 18, 2020. I liked them so much I ordered another pair in a different color. NOW, after ONLY 4 months of occasional wear, the back of the shoe where it meets the back of my foot is wearing out. So sad.
