I use this shoe for all my tempo work on the road and treadmill, light but still with enough cushioning to last me a long session and with no soreness the next day. They have the feel of a racing shoe but with more substance. Really comfortable too.

The shoes are comfortable overall. However, the edges are a bit raw/rough on some of the materials where the laces are and the shoe tongue meets. If you don't wear full Coverage socks, it can be irritating. Personally, they don't have enough support to be my running shoe. But they're perfect for walks, weight training, or everyday wear!

They are super comfortable, i can wear them all day with the only issue being they make my back hurt With that being said i can't wear them all day.

Love the color! The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is they are a little narrower than I'm used to. Other than that, I love how comfortable they are and would most likely buy them again!

Very comfortable shoes, just a little stiff. Dont have any issues wearing them long term.

It's a great fit. Not as cushioned as the gel nimbus. Better for short run or cross train days.

ASICS are my go-to sneaker for the last 20 years!! They are supportive more than any other shoe. My feet roll in and these hold them up. Super attractive and cool, too. 4/5 because I found the shoe to be sitting a little low, meaning, it's shallower than my previous pairs.

I have worn Asics for years. I had never purchased the gel trainer. I ordered a 71/2 M, although in some styles I have needeed an 8. Unfortunately, these were huge! I would have needed a 61/2. That size was sold out, so I had to return them. For me they were not tts.

I really like the shoe but it has to be broken in and runs a bit small. Super cute and comfy

These are super cute! I went a half size up (as recommended) and they are comfortable but longer than I'd like. Made for low arches which I have, but still cause me a bit of foot pain.

I tried the GEL-DS trainer in place of wearing Brooks Ravenna shoes for years. With the need of having to wear a stability shoe to a void knee and foot pain, I would say this shoe has a light stability with a snug/molded fit and lightness without bulk, offering a 10 mm drop, allowing one to power walk/run faster. After wearing the shoe for 4 months, I find the shoe has a firm/hard insole that I would love to see a more softer cushion (especially in the front of the shoe). With more cushion added to this shoe, it would become my new GO TO shoe replacing my Brooks Ravenna. Thanks Asics for a nice stability shoe!

A lighter shoe with good support and a narrower fit

Good for sprinting and short runs. Very light and also aesthetically nice. I ordered half a size bigger than usual shoes.

Super lightweight, very comfortsble. I have a wide foot and these have plenty of room. Slightly disappointed with the sewing quality on the tongue- could be neater as I can feel the uneveness through my sock.

Lovely light weight shoe good for tempo sessions. They are quite stiff and not much cushioning however that would have impacted on the weight of the shoe. Love the colour and the knit of them!

Nice shoe, but they do fit a little more snug that some of my other ASICS. Nice color. Definitely eye catching!

These help reduce my overpronation. There isn't enough cushion in the base of the heel and my narrow heels slip around in there a bit, but otherwise okay and I like the gold color for a fun change.
