I have several pair of the OluKai shoes and I wear a size 12 in all of them. Unfortunately these shoes are too small for my feet.

I bought my true to fit size of 9.5. Too small. So I did a Zappos exchange for a 10. The 10 is too large. I gave up and because I did an exchange on Zappos I have to wait up to 60 days to get my refund. However the exchange policy is that my credit card won’t be refunded but rather a credit on my Zappos account. I don’t want a credit on Zappos. Why can’t Zappos be like other companies and refund my credit card within 10 business days? I will no longer do the exchange option, better yet I will no longer be using Zappos.

They look cool and are well-ventilated. However, the opening is very small and the heel on the left shoe rubbed a sore on the back of my heel. They are great shoes if you don't plan on walking in them.

They are much more attractive than the Sanuks the hubs likes for wearing around the house. Working from home makes that most of the time these days. These fit him and they have that fold down/flip up back he loves like Sanuks. However, they have no added support and he said it feels like there is actually less cushioning. I had hoped for more quality at this price and it just isn't there. He returned them and got 2 new pair of his "Surfer Sandals" for the same cost. Unfortunately, both are just as ugly as all his previous versions.

They run a little small and need skme breaking in. Big design flaw with the sole of the shoes though - they separate after minimal wear. Olukai has a one year warranty, but if you don’t buy directly from them, you can’t get a refund, just more defective replacements or an exchange. I went through two pairs in four months wearing them 2-3 times a week.

The knit fabric showed an outline of every toe, very strange. Maybe works better on smaller feet!
