The OluKai Ulele fit me with a full size larger than what I normally wear. Ordered a Size 9 (Mens) and it was too small. That pair was exchanged for Size 10 and they fit great. Zappos was great on the return. Very helpful and super fast shipping. Also would add that these sandals have arch support. I am flat footed so they are not comfortable to me right now. Hoping with break in that will improve. I am comparing them to a pair of Croc's (Swiftwater) sandals that are super comfortable, without much arch support. I was drawn to the OluKai by their style. Just wish they were more comfortable on my feet.

Very prominent arch support - almost uncomfortably so - makes it a pain to walk in these at any pace other than a snail's. Perfectly suitable for walking to the pool though, or sitting on the patio.

I wear size 15 men, wide. The length on these were good, but the width was definitely a medium. They are not working for me (longer walks and I get rub spots on the strap part on top of my foot). I think they would feel great in a wide size. Also, I'm noticing the material seems to make my feet feel hot. I want to wear sandals that don't remind me that I'm wearing sandals. I love OluKai brand, but I'm gonna have to buy another style to replace these.

The flip flops seem great. I would have kept them but the arch support is only for those who have really high arches! Please make the same flip flop with a moderate arch support please. Otherwise the flip flops are great.

I really wanted to like these, but they just don’t work for me. I normally wear 8-1/2 or 9 in other shoes, and I have a pair of leather OluKais in 9 that fit almost too loosely, so I got these in 9 also. The length is good front and back, but they’re so narrow! The straps are so tight that they’re hard to get on and off my (admittedly wide) feet. According to their website, OluKai considers these wider than standard. Arch support is great; maybe too good. Unfortunately, the other non-leather OluKais seem to be built on the same footbed size and shape so I doubt any of the others would work any better. I can’t see going to a 10 as they’d be too long. So these are going back. Thanks, Zappos for quick shipping and easy returns!

Olukai has been my go-to brand for years, but these new sandals are WAY smaller than previous ones I've bought and much narrower. Compared to my old pair they're about 1/2" shorter and 3/8" narrower between the straps. The arch support is also WAY higher than before to the point where it's uncomfortable. I wear an 11.5 regular width in every other shoe and these in a 12 are way too short and narrow.

I have worn many models of flip-flops over the years. After wearing this for one hour, I had a really large sore on rhe top of my foot. I wish I could return.

So when I first put these on, I felt like like I was walking on the arches of my feet and my heels and toes were merely making contact with the footbed. I figured I'd get used to them and somehow tricked my mind into thinking they were comfortable and "super supportive". I imagined I was walking in wet sand like the marketing states. Unfortunately, after a while these began to destroy my feet. After a short amount of time, I would get shooting heel pain and it took hours for the effect of wearing them to wear off and my feet simply hurt. I've never experienced this with a pair of sandals (or shoes). The arch is just excessive in these. If they work for your feet, I'm sure you'll like them. They seem pretty well made and look cool. Wish I hadn't tried to make these work and just returned them instead.

I really wanted to like them, but WOW simply could not stand wearing them for more than an hour. The arch support is way too much or too stiff. I simply found them hard to wear. They do look good and they look like they will last.

Well made flips with pretty good support. However the white trim on the sole feels and looks a lot like a clown flip flop. They should include one of those big red honking nose covers that clowns wear. You will always be smiling in these flips in that happy and creepy clown kind of way. Enjoy. This company makes good flips, just not these.

I have two pair of OluKai and have enjoyed them for years. I bought my husband a pair and the strap was too tight so his foot wouldn’t go all the way in. He has a high instep and needs shoes with wider, roomier toe box area. The footbed is very comfortable. Had to send back. Zappos is always the best!!

These sandals hurt my knees.

Webbing at toe last just several wearings and broke. Loved the style and look but cheaply made.

I've read elsewhere about the straps running on the top of ones foot. This is my third pair of olukais and never before a problem. These are the same size as the others and does fit except it does rub as others have described I now have a blister and cannot wear them. The other reviews mentioning this are spot in. Very poor design in the straps
