These have zero arch support. None. So if that is important to you don't bother with them.

The tie box is not very roomy, so I would recommend ordering a half- size up.

I bought two pairs of these shoes, and I’m sorry I did. They’re comfortable in my living room, but when I “test drove” them on my daily walk, that was another story. They have somewhat of an arch support, but not like my old New Balance pair. My arch hurt a bit, along with my toes and even my knees. I can’t return them, because I tossed the boxes, and wore both pair. I will just donate them. IMO, I would not run in these shoes.

These feel a little larger than my other gel contends I have purchased in the past. Also these do not have the stability support I was looking for. I was disappointed with this purchase.

I love the color and can't believe how difficult it is to find a tan/beige athletic shoe. Unfortunately, these have absolutely no arch support and the totally flat insole isn't removable. I'm going to try a half orthotic, but am not very hopeful.

Started to fall apart after 3 months. The mesh on top is is tearing. Also the right shoe hurts and I thought it would get worn in by now. Of course they’re ripping so it doesn’t matter.

This shoe in Birch/Champagne is exactly the color I'm looking for. At first try, they seemed to fit well. Within 2 miles, though, my feet were killing me because there's NO arch support at all; just a flat footbed. The ankle is very high and rubs against my ankle bone on one foot. I'm considering trying inserts, but the insert that comes with the shoe doesn't come out. Overall, this a cheap shoe and I got what I paid for :-(

Loved the bright color but the shoe was too tight and small even with a thinner sock. Returning.

Need to buy heel and arch support.

These are very comfortable shoes for daily powerwalking about 3 miles to 5 miles per day. The only problem is I've had to replace them every 3.5 months because a hole develops in the toe area of the left shoe. I saw another review where the same thing happened to that customer.

I looked for shoes that could work with over pronation (supination) and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. The shoes also needed to have removable footbeds to accommodate my custom orthotics. I ordered these shoes in Wide width and a half size larger than what I normally wear based on reviews. The fit was fine but they were cut too high on my foot -- the padding along the collar of the left shoe rubbed against the interior ankle bone of my left foot which was frustrating because they looked GREAT. I returned them.

I typically wear a size 6-1/2 shoe and 7 running shoe. My current running shoe is an Asic brand so I expected this one to fit well. Unfortunately, the toe area was narrower in this shoe. I returned the shoe as I was afraid I would quickly wear a hole in the big toe area as it was too snug.

I am used to a sneaker with better arch support, so this product was less than desirable. I wasn't pleased with the comfort or style in person, but the material was easy to clean.

For the price, the shoe is nice, but could have had more support.

This sneaker feels roomy and cushioned inside. It seems to run large and loose. I usually wear a 9 but found both the 9 and 8.5 to run on the larger side. I purchased this shoe based on my podiatrist's recommendation for plantar fasciitis. I am returning it and trying a different Asics style.

The wide is not very wide at all, had to return.

I wear an 8.5 wide in every type of footwear and I usually wear Saucony. I tried to make this work because of the price of sneaker ($49.95!), but this is sneaker is not wide enough for my foot to wiggle around (as you're supposed to be able to do). So, sadly, I have to return them.

I thought I was purchasing the exact shoe I own in black. I have been wearing the birch/champagne for less than a year and love it. I went to that purchase in my account, pulled up the shoe, and ordered them in black. They felt fit totally differently. The black pair were narrower, did not come up on the foot as far and were just uncomfortable. I had to return them. I was very disappointed because I love the other pair. It was like they were not even the same shoe. I will say on a positive note that returning a pair of shoes to Zappos is a very easy process which I appreciate.

I ordered this pair along with another brand to try out both since I'd never worn either before. I walk anywhere from about 10-20 miles a night at work. I wore these one night. I need a wide width shoe, and usually end up having to buy men's tennis shoes/boots just for that reason. Drives me nuts because their styles/colors are pretty limited. Length wise, these fit perfect. Wide width? Nope. Just looking at them, if this is wide width, I'd love to see a narrow/regular width for comparison. I knew right out of the box they wouldn't be wide enough. Just a wee-bit too narrow for me. But with that said, they weren't completely uncomfortable, just more snug than I'd like. I didn't have to change them out during the night, but I was conscious of them being more snug than the other pair I'd bought. These will be good for me if I'm running out to the store or something like that. Maybe after they break in a bit, they'll work better for me for using for work like I intended them to be used.

Cute style, but no arch support. Must return.
