I have flat feet so I needed a shoe with a harder exterior to keep my ankles in place and support my arch. It is the perfect amount of rigidity for me to go for daily walks without the discomfort I get in softer, cloth shoes. It also helps me maintain heel-toe walking form. The inserts slide out easily so I could put in my orthotics. Great shoe for an awesome price!

I wear both 6.5 and 7 in ASICS, depending on the shoe. I ordered the 7 with this one and it fits. The rubber sole (the part that touches the pavement) seems to be a harder material than I'm used to. But it doesn't affect the comfort, just feels different than my last couple pairs. They were a great price and I'm happy!

I’m flat footed and a size 7. I ordered the usual size 7 - narrow and they fit Perfectly. Love these shoes! They have yet to give me any blisters since I’ve worn them and I will say ~70% of the running shoes I’ve bought in the past have given me blisters. And they look great!
