These shoes were true to size, wide enough (even though I need wide in some shoes) and very comfortable from day one. Since I have plantar fasciitis, I always remove the insole and replace with orthotic ones. So I can’t really comment on their support . Very pleased.

I love these shoes. I have a bunion and ordered a 9.5 W. The bunion rests upon the mesh part of the shoe not the leather. There is not extra pressure on my foot. I have orthodics which are comfy in the shoe.
