Takes little time to break into, specially around the ankles but a few hours of play and they are good to go. I've had mine for a year and half and about to purchase my second pair. Wish there was nicer colors though. Otherwise great shoe.

I have wore Gel Resolution for years. It is the only tennis shoes I wear for USTA matches. The best tennis shoes in my opinion and it comes with 6 month warranty.

Play for pickleball, I never felt like my ankles would roll like my last shoes. Also, usually when I get done playing, my arthritic toes are very painful and they were not after wearing these. Great shoe!

This is my 5th or 6th pair of GEL's, and second of the Resolution 8. Great support, comfort and durability. Super light-weight, with great grip on all surfaces. Perfect shoe for narrow width's

I play 5 times a week on hard court. After using these Asics for 4 months, I feel that the Gel Resolution 8 is a great shoe with a good balance between providing adquate support and being a lightweight and quick shoe. Fit is true to size. I was told that they are a little on the narrow side but the D width fits me fine and I have pretty normal feet. No break-in required. My only complaint which I think is true with all Asics tennis shoes is that the shoestrings are a little whimpy. Obviously, they can be replaced when they break.

Very good heel support, which a lot of other branded tennis shoes are missing.
