Great quality upper with a durable and seamless overlay. Simi-gusseted tongue allows for a nice fit without sliding of the tongue during running. Durable and grippy Continental rubber outsole in the forefoot of the shoe works excellent on roads. Plus the lightstrike midsole has a soft but snappy and responsive feel when picking up the pace. Overall amazing shoe and the best of 2020 so far!

Great light running shoe and excellent quality. So nice to run in on the road and on the track.

Size was right on, fits perfectly and has good gripping.

Work great for running and playing tennis because of how light they are and the bottom traction

I really like these shoes because of its light weight and eagerness for speed! I orderded my first pair maybe a bit too small and as the shoes fit very tight this is maybe the only important thing to take into consideration ... even a bit more than with other running shoes. From the first moment I put them on they really make you speed up ... so consider them ideal for track training & street runs ... they will make you break PR's!

The SL 20 really invites to run fast Lightweight but still enough cushioning. For run up to 10km a perfect speed trainer

Great shoe all around. Very breathable upper mesh, with a snappy return in your stride. Only issue for me is stack height. I probably won't take these further than 15 miles with my foot strike and stride. However, this shoe is excellent for tempo and speed days as well.

I have put about 50 miles on these shoes so far. The LightStrike midsole felt better with each run so far. This is definitely a less cushioned, more responsive shoe, which I was looking for. I would run in this shoe maybe up to half marathon distance. The Continental outsole grips well, and the upper is comfortable with a good fit. I am a big fan of the shoe's tongue and would like to see it on other adidas shoes. The shoe feels "snappy" and good for picking up the pace, though I have done some easier paces as well.

Perfect shoe for speed work, and for 5 or 10k races. Comfortable upper with a nice midsole.

These are an outstanding addition to the adidas running family. The full Litestrike midsole is fantastic. The comfort is second to none, but does give a rebound that makes the shoe feel fast. My knees and ankles have felt great after using so I'm sold! For sizing I'd say slightly small, maybe consider half a size up. They also look great, so what you waiting for? You won't be disappointed!

I run a mix of road, path and light trails. The heel box gives great ankle support and the light, responsive sole ensures that you get a comfortable bounce from each stride. The way the tongue is stitched keeps the foot very comfortable. I always but running shoes +1 full size bigger than regular shoes to allow for expansion and to prevent rubbing on the toe box

Took about 12 miles to break-in. First time I've ever had to break in a pair of running shoes.

I would recommend that you purchase a pair of these training shoes. They are comfortable straight out of the box. The quality is 5 star's, just what you would expect from an Adidas product. One other thing, they also look great. The perfect combination, navy blue and white.

The upper lockdown is great and reminds me of the Adizero Adios 5. It has enough room at the toe box and has an improved torsion system which gives stable midfoot support and a snappy ride. The new Lightstrike foam provides a firm cushioned sensation and the continental outsole performs superbly on dry and wet surfaces. This versatile lightweight trainer is ideal for tempo runs and can also be used as a daily trainer or racer.

These shoes are brilliant. Strong ankle support, comfortable sole, good fit! Have made running a whole lot easier!

The shoe is just what I needed for my training, they are light, comfortable and are a great fit

They fit well, the heel lock lace holes make running more comfortable

Very comfortable, good looking trainer, as usual with most Adidas trainers.
