I have no idea how my new shoes are. I ordered a half size too small and initiated an exchange for a larger pair. It takes approximately 47 years to get the incorrect pair back and the new pair issued and delivered. Still waiting and waiting and waiting...

I loved these shoes they are probably the comfiest shoes I've ever worn (especially when new). However I found that whatever glue was used on these was poor. The sole on both feet has started coming off at the heel and the toe. Also the glue that holds the adidas logo on the tongue is poor as it is coming off at the edges. I tried to talk to customer services about this 3 times but the online chat seems to fail every time. My only other issue is that they do seem to be the most breathable shoe.

I initially bought these shoes following the sizing guide (as would most people at this time) and it was completely off (way too small). I exchanged them once and went up two sizes and they were still a bit tight. I kept them thinking the knit would loosen up as I broke them in, but they are still a tight fit even after putting 65 miles on them. Additionally, the sole keeps riding up the backside of my heels after just walking a few steps in them. I contacted customer service and they said I can submit a customer dissatisfaction claim, but never responded. I used to be an Adidas fanboy, but it seems like they don't really care for their products and customers like they may have use to.

Great shoes. But arrived already worn and dirty - customers services didn't care. Terrible service.

Worst running shoes I've ever bought. I had so high expectations with this shoes. I have barely use them and when I wanted to return them or even exchange them, they didn't wanted to help me.

I wore this shoe no more than 20 times to the gym and a hole was torn into the top of the shoe where my toe would hit. Very unsatisfied with the quality of the product given the higher price point. Also not eligible for a refund/exchange/replacement. Do not recommend.

I bought these 8/5 and I use them to walk around 3 miles around town with my kids everyday. They are comfortable but I ALREADY have a hole in the sole. How do 150 "running shoes" fall apart so fast. I've ran a total of 1/2 mile in them. Everyone I know said these are great, so either I got a bad batch or these are trash. I'd hope that adidas produces better shoes than these are/were

Bought these shoes (pure white) in June. All of the plastic has taken on this weird yellow discoloration. I only wear them around the city on sidewalks/paths. Reached out to Adidas and they said they consider this natural wear and tear. Buyer beware - 3 months of use shouldn't do this.

Felt like cheap/china quality. Definitely not worth the price...

Firstly the delivery was terribly slow. My order came in two shipments, part of it arrived timely but the other part arrived late. In addition to that the shoes arrived in less than perfect condition. The shoes are stunning, they look better than I anticipated but there are obvious flaws in the finish of the shoes. The gold coloring is coming off the back of the shoes. The cost of the shoe and reputation of Adidas don't reflect the product I received. I'd like a replacement pair that are free of defects.

No sorry If there is any option to return them I want to do it please

I bought these thinking they were like the 19. Not even close. Size or anything. I bought put in closet till needed them. And now they are terrible. Will not let me return because over time period. They have the tags and still in box. Never been worn. I actually bought 2 cause good price. Now stuck. I'm a loyal ultra boost gal. So disappointing. I ordered them just like I would the 19. Most runners see a deal. And just save till need them. I guess I'll need to find a new running shoe.

The product is wider than the same size Solarboost I bought 3 months ago. I am very suprised at the difference.

The front of the boost is made of a knit material. My son loves them for running. However, he wore them to go biking around the neighborhood and he fell off the bicycle, while wearing them, and the front of the shoe ripped. It was his first tone wearing them!

Only 5 miles of walking and sole is already wearing

I purchased these for my son. He loved them and said they were very comfortable. However, after doing some workouts on a basketball court, the foam started to separate from the shoe! I suppose they would be fine for street shoes, but don't plan to workout in them. I've contacted customer service, and still no response. Pretty disappointing...considering how much they cost. I won't be buying these again

Received on March 29th, just three months old. I cannot exchange/return via website as "...return period has ended." Extremely disappointing.

Purchased full black color Shoe in Jan 2020. Started using it for Morning Jogs this summer. The quality is so poor that I could notice the toe part is ripping off in just a week of usage. Heel color is changing to white. Return option is not there. Total Disappointment with the Purchase.

I returned it and it's been 3 weeks and no refund.

This is my first review like this. I loved the shoe, but there was a defect in the primeknit so I sent them back for an exchange of same shoe. Its been over 2 weeks and I haven't received my exchange. I was told 5 or 6 days ago I would have tracking info for my new pair within 24hrs. Still nothing. None of the chat agents can seem to help me get my shoes.

The left shoe puts pressure on the outside mid section of my foot. I've tried to wear them walking outside twice and once to the gym. So it's unfortunate that I can't return them and waisted my money. This was the first trying Adidas products and I'm very disappointed.

I am very big fan of all of my adidas products. I have owned over 3 pairs of ultra boost shoes. This pair was very poor quality and the bottom of the shoe has warn away in less than 2 months. Very disappointed in the quality.

Do not buy these to walk or run in. They're not worth it. Caused plantar fasciitis.

The sole has a waffle like design made of hard rubber and was very uncomfortable to walk on. I returned these shoes and am looking at other designs
