My husband says he likes them. We winter in TX and the mesh helps keep his feet cool.

I currently have plantar fasciitis I am a friend of mine recommended I try these shoes.

I love my hard-to-find extra wide 4E running shoes. Regular and wide leave my left foot hurting. The Gel-contend 6 are light as a feather and make walking and jogging easy on the feet. I have one suggestion. For me the shoe laces are too long. I wrap one lace around a loop on the other twice to keep the knot secure. That leaves one end long enough to drag on the ground if I don"t pull it through far enough. Wish laces were 2-4 inches shorter.

I purchase ASICS for my fianc, these are the only sneakers he will wear and he loves every pair

Fits well and has enough cushion for short runs. Material quality is better than expected!

I use these as my "every day" shoes and and also for officiating (soccer and lacrosse) as I have multiple pair

I love every pair of Asics I have owned. Been buying them pretty much every year since about 2010. Really helped get me over the hump with my plantar fasciitis and super comfortable plus great style.

Great shoe for the price. I like the use of a single color which makes it flexible to wear with most any outfit.

I work on my feet all day averaging 15 to 16 thousand steps a day. I buy two pair a year to protect my feet and legs from fatigue/injury. These shoes are amazing and regardless of wear they hold up very well. Always brag about my ASICS shoes. Hope this style continues to be produced for years to come.

Asics consistently provides a very comfortable, affordable shoe for both walking and running. I prefer Asics b/c of their wide selection of "Neutral" prone shoes.

Great part of shoes I'm a huge fan is ASIC great for someone with falling arches.

Well made light weight shoe that I use for exercising at the YMCA . I prefer Asics over all other athletic shoes .

I still have an older version of the Gel-Contend 6 from years ago. That's why I bought another one to replace another worn out Asics. I use the Gel-Contend 6 mainly for walking, and it's very comfortable. The shoe is very light, and there is ample support in the back. The mesh fabric is breathable so your feet don't feel that sweaty. I would recommend this shoe, especially if you can find it on sale.

I've never had a pair of Ascis that weren't comfortable. If this pair matches my prior Ascis they will last a long time too.
