This was my husband's 4th pairs of Asics and the ONLY pair that did NOT fit!!! He was very disappointed in these because they were extremely wide (and he has a 4E width) and too long. He felt they offered only minimal support and he walks 4.5 miles each day, at least 5 days a week so he needs a supportive shoe. These are going back and he says he thinks maybe it is time to try another brand. Our podiatrist suggest maybe try New Balance so we will check Zappos to see what they offer in NB. Love Zappos and their return policy.

I ordred Men's shoe and then the woman's shoe. I would like to return my Men's shoe and don't know the order number. If I didn't return it soon enough it is due to quarenteen.

These shoes fit well and had enough cushion but the insole seemed to not fit the shoe correctly. I could feel it shifting when walking in these shoes.

Feels cheaply made. This pair does not provide enough support to feet. Initially felt a little tight (I always wear 8), but couple of days later it just feels barely supportive.

Bought these in late September and the mesh on.the toe box has failed by February. They also are not water resistant at all. My feet get wet road running constantly.

I've been pleased with the Contend 5, these are not the same shoe. The heel is very wide, so much so that the foot isn't secure. The arch support is gone from the previous model. I'm going to order a pair of Venture 7 and hope for better luck.

I really like ASICS shoes that’s all I buy but this pair felt cheap to me I wore them around the house for a hour and told my wife I got to send this pair back I like the 5 better then the 6 . My wife has the 6 in women’s and likes them . I think I will get a 5 before there gone .

Let me start by saying - I love ASICS. It's the only brand shoes I've been wearing for more than 10 years.I love the fact that you can chose shoes based on your pronation.
I work long hours on my feet so I got the Gel-Contend 6 because my previous pair was very worn out. I've had them now for about 2 weeks and I can say this - right shoe feels great. Left shoe on the other hand it's a freaking torture . I am guessing the sole is defective, because you can feel and see ripples on the sole. I tried putting in a gel insole, I even tried wearing it with 2 gel insoles at once. It sucks. The pads on my foot are in horrible pain . And since I've worn it now for a bit I can't return it. So I guess my only option is to get another new pair and pray it will be better

The Amplifoam insoles is garbage!! Doesn't support the heel!! Too soft!! The heel move in all direction!! The worse unstable shoes i have had!!
But the Asics customer service is one of the best!!

Very narrow tow box, just trying this pare around the house was painful. I ware size 14 medium, and 3 other pairs of better ASICS are just perfect.
