Depending on shoes, I normally wear 9 or 9.5 in men (US). I ordered a size 10 men and it fit relatively like a 9-9.5. Overall happy with product!

I am a true 8.5 and purchased a size 8 after reading reviews, i am glad i did the smaller size fit perfectly. Very comfortable !

On a mission to find an adequate replacement for Birkenstocks. Birks don't last and are ridiculously expensive for what you get. Soles wear out in < 1 year with house wear. So far these Dr. Marten Solomans seem like a good solution. The rubber sole, and insole provide great cushioning without the cheap EVA that also wears out. The insole isn't fabric, so it's durable. Multiple straps provide custom fit. They are stable and sturdy. I felt clumsy in my Birks, and would always catch an edge on something. Not with these. The only potential issue I am concerned about is that the leather is a little thin. They heal strap is not leather and the metal rings holding the heel strap on seem thin. Other than that, I love them. I stand at my desk for work, and they are super comfortable for that.

Well designed, good padding to prevent the sandal from digging into the foot. Seems very well made.

I love these sandals, excellent support for my feet especially walking on hard surfaces because my foot padding is very thin and these shoes protects the bottom of my with the extra cushion in the foot bed.

Good replacement for old doc martens that are not made anymore. Regular feel with heavy sole. Nice look for summer sanda.l

I'm not the guy who is looking for compliments on clothing but if you are, these sandals get positive comments! I don't wear them every day but when I do it seems about every third time, someone says they love them and ask where I purchased them. The first compliment came from a Nordstrom shoe salesman. That was interesting because that store prides itself on its wide selection of shoes. As far as fit, I normally wear US 12 but they were big so I exchanged them for US 11s, which fit fine (11.5 probably would be ideal). The only issue I have with the fit is the stitching on the strap by my small toes rubbed and created blisters. I loosened the buckle, which helped, and put some padding over the stitching. Normally with the size and stitching issues, I wouldn't look for a workaround and just send the shoes back. But I really like the look of these and it seems I'm not the only one!

I like the item, I just wish I could have had the option to buy them in white. I was only offered black and brown.
