I'm a little heavy in the mid section and the regular fit in a XL fits great . I choose black and blue to add to my wardrobe of sportswear. Easy to clean in cold water and mild detergent and hang dry....it dries fast. Like I said the fit and attention to detail are spot on. Love the collar and sleeves great fit and it has SPF 50 to protect you from the sunlight. The fabric wicks moisture fast.

The t-shirt is extremely light & feels like you hardly have it on. I wanted it for the hotter weather & have no doubt it will be comfortable on.
