super lightweight and breathable. an easy pick up if it's on sale. sized like a normal t shirt. I would buy same size as you would a t shirt

This is my second purchase of this shirt. I run in them 2-4 times a week and its one of my favorite running shirts. It is very lightweight and breathable. I live in Florida and through the summer Ive soaked this shirt on many runs and it dries fairly quick as well. My one issues is if you dont take it out of the wash and hang it immediately, you will end up with the most wrinkled shirt you have seen.

Light weight, great fit, but even modest muscle bulk would make your normal size quite "fitted" (given it's for runners who tend not to have much bulk)
