It's very light and comfy. Great fabric. Husband love it.

I'm 6'1" 175 lbs and have a 39" chest. I went with a size medium (slightly fitted), but a large could work too (slightly loose). A size medium measures 21" armpit to armpit and about 28" from the high point shoulder to the bottom front hem. For someone 6'1" the overall length of the shirt is awesome and seems to have a subtle drop tail hem in back as well. The sleeves are a little bit on the short side, and sometimes I wish they were a tad longer. Overall awesome running and training shirt!

Outside this perfect color, the comfort is unbeatable.
