Its really good quality, size is oversized, i ordered it for my husband who is 196 in height and weight 110, he always wears 2xl but ath this point 2xl was little bit big not a lot.

This is a good tip for the gym, it has short sleeves which helps showing off your arms during workouts. It's also thin material which is good as it keeps you cool and makes washing/drying faster.
