It is light and breathable. When soaked, it becomes heavy and cold, quickly cooling you down. Threads remain in place after washing. It's an excellent all-purpose workout shirt.

This is my second 'own the run' shirt. The material is pretty lightweight, which is ideal. The shirt is quite fitted, but I am of a muscular rather than a typical runner's build so likely the perfect size. Excellent quality as per usual.
