The fit and size were great!!! I normally wear a size 81/2 so the eight was fine. You should go down a half size they run big. The color was what attracted me!! This was a smart purchase!!!

I got the purple smooth. I lov purple and was hoping that this purple would be a different shade than the purple 1461. I am keeping anyways becuase I will be able to show off really cool socks. The fit was fine for me US7 UK5 is my Dr. Martin size and I wear a us 7 or 7 1/2 in other brands.

I sent for my usual size, 9, and it was too big. So I returned it and send for a size smaller. That pair fit fine except that the heel kept slipping, even with socks. So sadly I will return these rather than risk getting heel blisters.

They look great but run large. I wear an 8.5 and ordered down a size but they were still a little big.

These shoes are amazing. I will never buy any Docs that aren’t made in England ever again. It’s a totally different shoe and 100% better. The Horween leather is soft and easily broken in. Maybe a little tight on some areas but easily worn in. Perfect fit too. I love the two tone color and wish I had five more pairs honestly. I bought these for work and everyone compliments me on them constantly

I have been a Dr Marten FREAK since the 80's!!!! 1461's are alway a sure bet with me and I love this acid pink color!!!!

These Doc Martens needed no breaking in. They fit true to size. Very comfortable and stylish.

It's an awesome shoe, but sadly I have to return it. It was about a 1/2 size too big.

I haven’t worn Doc Martens for twenty years. I normally wear a size 10, but the UK8 (US9). Fit perfectly. They do have an insole which I was not expecting. Atlas oxblood is very dark almost black and the outer toe area is kind of rounded making them look a little clownish but I like the look.

So I had bought the mint green ones (that are actually more Tiffany blue) instead of the purple (let's go with aubergine), had some doubts so ordered the purple. Now I'm good with both. I'm back up to 7 pair, been buying Docs regularly for 4 decades. I have a problem but I can stop whenever I want! I just CHOOSE not to...

This shoe fits exactly with my size 10 feet. If you are larger than a true size 10, I would recommend getting the size 11, since there are no half sizes. Also, if your foot is wider than average, you might want to consider sizing up.. as these shoes have no wiggle room in the width. After a bit of break-in, they start to loosen up and feel more comfortable.

Doc's in the past weren't really known for their comfort. These are my new favorite shoe. So glad I gave them a shot.

Fantastic shoes, however, it looks like they come with a factory defect ... painting looks like it has kind bubbles in one of the shoes ( the right one )

Fit good for online ordered shoes

They were about an inch and a half larger than my size (8) I double checked, I ordered a women’s size 8/men’s 7. They feel like women’s size 10.

These shoes run really big. Had to return.
