These are super cute and SO comfortable! LOVE the warmer lining and it's not too thick. I ordered my same size 38 as I would any other Arcopedico. This will be good to have for colder weather. Obviously not as warm as a regular winter boot but warmer than any other style of Arcopedico offered. Love the good arch support and that these boots feel like wearing a slipper, NO break in needed, super soft and just melts around your foot to fit with no poking or pinching. Arcopedico shoes/boots are great and really last considering they seem pretty minimal when it comes to materials. Reasonable price point as well.

I have arthritic feet although I'm only in my 50's, so I have a hard time finding footwear that are comfortable. Much less comfortable AND cute! I have to wear flats, and flat boots are hard to find! I love these! So flexible and soft, and don't hurt my sensitive joints. Great arch support. Soft warm interior lining. I will be ordering more!

I returned the Arcopedico Ice shoes because they felt a little tight, and replaced them with this model. They fit just like the L19 and are pretty much the same shoe with some lining to make them a little warmer. Unlike the Milan II, you do not have to size up in these shoes. I wore them straight out of the box, no need for breaking in. Absolutely love them! Unfortunately they are not waterproof like the Ice but they are definitely warmer than the L8 or L19. Highly recommended.

When I find a shoe that fits like a glove, I am so happy! This shoe is so comfy for my wide and "very hard to please" feet. Love the feel, the look ... nice for walking ... This really is a great shoe! Yippee!

I’m in love with the Arcopedico brand. The arch support is perfect. The shoes/boots are so soft I just put them on and go, no “break in” needed. Lots of wonderful colors and styles for everyone!

This is an 'update' to my former review. After looking long and hard for something my feet can tolerate, I decided to try the W9 again. This time I tried both my normal size 10(41) plus an 11(42). I decided on the size 11 because I needed more comfort in the insoles and adding an insole made the 10 too tight. I purchased Spenco comfort insole (thin but great & you can purchase them from Zappos, #B00JSLYMGU) to put in the size 11. This increased the comfort level immensely for me. For most, I'd say they run true to size. If you need more insole padding, I think you might need to size up. By the way, there is arch support but it's mostly in the area where your arch is highest, toward the inside of your foot. And, the uppers are soft on the foot and ankle so no pain there! I tried to like these shoes -- it seems everyone else does! Yes, the leather is so nice/soft, no hurting places for the top of your foot . They run pretty close to size, maybe a tad small especially if you are trying to use an orthotic. My only complaint was the insoles -- there is just not much padding and not much arch support. They aren't completely flat but it certainly did nothing to support my high arches -- I just felt some little something on each side of my heel. There was not enough padding in the ball of foot either. If you have feet with no issues, I don't doubt these will be a dream. When you need cushion + support, then you have trouble with most shoes. Thank you SO MUCH Zappos for allowing me to try so many shoes - on to looking for the perfect booties!

I have had a few pairs of Arcopedico shoes and boots. I have the L19 in black suede and I love that boot. You were out of the L19 so I ordered the W9 in regular black but it is not nice and I am sending it back. First, the seams are wrinkled so it has a cheap appearance. Also, it does not fit like the L19 -- the lining is different and bulky. It feels sort of tight in the toe area. I just don't like this one enough to keep it and I am very disappointed because this is my "go-to" brand and when it does not work out I am lost.

Very comfortable! I have posterior tibia tendonitis and bunions. These booties allow me to be on my feet for longer periods of time, and they have grest arch support. I plan to bring them on a Patagonia trip because they sre light and packable.

These are the very best boots, perfect fit, with excellent arch support. I received them this past Tuesday, and have worn them all week. The black is perfect for dress pants, black jeans, and even regular jeans. Now, I’m waiting for my size to become available in the ‘brownish’ color, which I think would look great, and give me a second pair of these most comfortable boots.

These could be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Nice arch support, soft soft leather and a cozy lining. It’s like wearing your favorite slippers!

I love these boots! My sister bought some and so I did because I thought they were so cute and stylish but most of all they are comfortable. I have back issues and these boots feel good when I'm walking in them. I'm on my feet a lot at work and they feel almost like I'm wearing socks but with support. Love them and will order another pair soon.

This is the 2nd pair of these boots I have gotten. I have terrible feet, and these are one pair of shoes that allow me to walk without pain. They even feel better than my walking shoes.

I was wearing heavy socks so I needed to go up a size. They are very comfortable and the leather is very soft. They look great with leggings and great under jeans,

Very comfortable bootie. Leather is soft and the style is more attractive in person than pictured. I have a high arch and need extra toe space, and these boots work well for my feet. The only item to be aware of is the flexible sole. It may not be firm enough for off pavement walking. That was not my intended use for the boot, so I am happy!

Feel like slippers but give support. Look really good too! Are these really machine washable?
